Last fall we were in the process of replacing the front door of our home and went to A Better Door and Window in Mokena to get a storm door. I took the dimensions of the front door with me and they ordered a storm door for me. I was never told that is was a special order and not returnable. The contractor installed the front door and was going to install the storm door but it didn’t fit. We called A Better Door and they refused to take the door back. It’s a standard door in the color Sandstone so they could’ve easily resold it. We even offered to pay a restocking fee but they still refused. I contacted my credit card company to disput the charges. What a terrible experience! I would not recommend this company. There are many other door companies in the area that are much easier to work with. Live and learn!
