History
Established in 2006.
Business owner, Rose Cotter started the business as a professional dog trainer and understands the importance of our canine family member’s mental and physical health. Alfie’s Poochie Playlot offers safe open play areas for dogs to exercise, socialize and increase positive associations with other canine counterparts. Ms. Cotter’s idea was to have a dog facility that took all aspects of her doggie guests’ comforts in mind as staff stay day and night to personally oversee and comfort dogs while they are away from their familiies.

Rose is a graduate of DePaul University and a Certified Dog Trainer. She is a owner of four dogs, two of which were rescue dogs who perfectly compliment her personal pack.
