History

Established in 1987.

Philbin Construction is a family owned and operated business, currently located Mokena, Illinois. A Wood-​Mode and Brookhaven dealer since the late 90’s, we have an attractive showroom on display to help with ideas and selections. Jack and Matt Philbin both work directly with each client, and manage all remodeling projects. The overwhelming majority of new projects come to us as repeat business or referrals from existing clients!

Business Owner

Philbin Construction and Remodeling is a family-​owned business operated by Jack and Matt Philbin. Jack is the company’s president and has had sole ownership for over 22 years. Matt joined the company in the mid 1990’s and has held most positions-​from delivering material and cleaning up to lead remodeling carpenter, designer and estimator and project coordinator/​manager. Both Philbins work directly with our clients before, during and after the projects to ensure direct, efficient communication and outstanding client satisfaction.
