Established in 1973.

In 1973, Bill Gulley saw a need in his community for a company that provides honest, dependable, heating and air conditioning service and installation. It was then that Bill’s Heating & Air Conditioning was founded, built on those basic principals. Today, Bill’s Heating and Air Conditioning remains a business dedicated to honest and dependable service. Owned by Johnson Heating and A/​C Inc. of Kewanee, Illinois, the partnership between Bill’s & Johnson’s provides you with an exceptional level of service, the most knowledgeable technical service team in the area, and the highest quality products currently available in the market.

Under the leadership of Bob Johnson, Bill’s Heating and Air Conditioning continues to meet customer needs in the residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets. Through our commitment to customers, we have grown to become one of the largest HVAC contractors in the Quad-​City area. Moreover, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.
