Strong just installed my sliding door and windows and I was very impressed with the quality of their products and the professionalism of the crew! I did my research, spoke to several who’ve used them before and they were all pleased. Well built at a reasonable price.

Another outstanding window installation from Strong windows. A few years ago I needed a 6’x6’ kitchen window replaced. After extensive research & several estimates I decided on Strong Windows. I feel I got a quality window at a bargain price. When Dave came to measure he measured everything 3 times, just like I had read about in my research. I was home when the installers were here installing the window. They installed the window just like I had read about in my research. It has been over 3 years & the window is great. When I needed a new sliding door for my rental unit I immediately called Strong Windows. The original door in the rental unit was the cheapest one could buy from Home Depot. It had been installed incorrectly AND upside down! Today it took the installer all day to get the new door installed & level & correct the problems caused by the original door installation. My renter is thrilled! Once again Dave & Doug, outstanding job!!!

I have to second the poor service review. I paid them to install windows and gutters. They did both but when I discovered the leaking gutters were a bigger problem than I originally thought(my neighbor pointed out his caused a leak in his basement), I called them. They referred me to the installer who is no longer with the company. He didn’t call me back so I called them back. No return call, so I called again and was told it’s not their problem to solve — it was the installers(hello…I paid Strong Windows for the installation, not the installer who left)…they don’t warranty gutters, etc. Wow. All it takes is a high ladder and some glue to fix. They said if they were in the neighborhood, and they pointed out this was unlikely, they’d stop by. If they can’t be bothered to fix something as minor as this and care that little about customer service and returning phone calls, I’d be skeptical about how they’d handle something bigger. And while I’m on the topic, if you’re looking for windows, take the Angie’s LIst’s reviews with a grain of salt. I found the top ranked ones had suspiciously high numbers of reviews and when I asked one about it, he said his competitors were fake. Nice.
