In 2007 Fouad Purchased closed restaurant establishment on Route 17B, Mongaup Valley. This location was formerly known as Gaetano’s. Renovated and opened as River Edge Restaurant which serves American cuisine food and offers entertainment such as Live music open mic and Karaōke. Catering and parties accommodated along with weekly Rotary Club meetings. Deck in rear of restaurant overlooks Mongaup River.
