I had a very terrible experience at this store today. An unhelpful cashier was extremely rude to me, refusing to sell me stamps because he didn’t know where they were. I asked if he could check with his manager, and he ignored me and proceeded to proceed with the transaction as if I never needed stamps in the first place. Luckily the manager(or at least someone higher up) realized what was happening and helped me out, but holy hell, that’s terrifying to think that this is the next generation of workers — people who couldn’t care to look around for some stamps. Yikes. I won’t be coming back.

Over priced. Service is ridiculously slow. Had to wait over 30 mins at the printing center to get helped even though there was no line. The person running the printers didn’t think to put my things in the printer and help ring the other customers that came after me. I always dread coming here but have no choice bc it’s so close to home. I might have to consider driving the extra 20 mins to another location next time!

Im not a fan of this store. Its super outdated and the general manager stands around with his wanker in his hand and doesnt offer any service. Spends most of the time smoking cigarettes outside so his breath smells like overwhelming smoke. Im a regular customer and this store never has a vast selection of any products. I asked for assistance finding a cable from a tech and he told me that there was only one available for my phone that was long enough. WRONG! Three different parts of the store had exactly what I wanted. But this turned into a 3 person operation. Still found the item myself. My main gripe is the GM, Nam. He’s racist and follows people of color around the store on a regular basis. Their prices aren’t competitive enough for me to shop there anymore. They carry a lot of products that are the same thing spread out all over the store. Although most of the staff is friendly. Most are clueless and after being a shopper there and spending money several times and using the copy center, the GM follows me around the store(without asking if I need help) the entire time EVERYTIME. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Took my laptop computer in for diagnosis because it wasn’t charging. Computer department, at a quick glance of computer &AC Adapter, stated that the Motherboard was«fried» & a new computer was needed. Had somebody else look at it & they looked at the AC Adapter that showed obvious damage that I didn’t pick up. I ordered a new AC Adapter & computer is working fine. Stay Away & always get a second opinion.

I went here with my friend so that she could print her save the dates and I could order a custom name plate. They were both located at the copy center. I reached out to 2 employees and the«main» employee told me to return the next day because he did not want to botch my customized order. He says he does not know how to place customized orders for name plates. The fact that he told me to return back in the morning kind of pissed me off. I ended up ordering it online for a much cheaper price. Another thing that was unprofessional was that all the staff members were in a circle talking and laughing. My friend and I were trying to find where the magnets were and the employees did not even care. I hope the store manager reads this. Maybe he/she needs to manage better.

Are prices higher than online retailers? Yes. However, there’s something to be said for having what you want«right now.» Staples also has a good rewards program. On top of all that, the staff is actually helpful.
