Just a follow up went to Monona location and finally had my oil changed now back because my car is leaking oil. Avoid I would give zero stars if I could.

This is the first review I have ever written for Unilocal.I feel it necessary based off my most recent experience. Almost $ 700 for an oil change, fuel filter, O2 sensor replacement and tune up. Since these services have been completed my gas mileage has decreased significantly. Not a good experience at all.
UPDATE ON 02÷16÷15:
AND IT GETS EVEN BETTER! So after all these services were done I noticed a substantial decrease in gas mileage, so I took it back to Broadway to have them look at it. They reviewed everything and said it was a «faulty fuel filter». They put in a different one and said everything was fixed.
NOT! I was still getting terribly gas mileage so I went to a reputable mechanic and he showed me that when my car is on that gas is shooting out right from where my fuel filter is at. It was spraying everywhere and obviously not fixed. I am going back to Broadway today to show them again what is going on. This will now be the third time I have taken it there to get the same thing fixed.

Fast tire service with the best prices in Madison.
I’m always afraid to be overcharged and nickel & dimed at mechanic/tire places, but these guys are straight to the point.
I feel 100% ok with telling someone to go to this location and have some work done on your car.
As for tire pricing, I think they are very comparable to any other price you find in town, and you can trust these guys to do a good job.
—They do not take appointments, and are first come/first serve basis. So be prepared for a wait if your having mechanical work done. The waiting room is nothing special, bring a book.

I went to Broadway Tire for an oil change. I had a Bucky Book coupon for an oil change. I attempted to go to the location on E Washington first, don’t even bother trying there. I stood in the shady looking reception area and was never acknowledged. I went over to Monona where there were actually people working at the desk. I received prompt and friendly service. The waiting room left much to be desired, but luckily I was not there for too long.
