ONE appointment at a time. No crates and No cagedryers…
*Auntie Sandra grooms them ONE at a time — ‘Cause NOBODY likes an assembly line*
Love, patience, and a calm and quiet environment. Potty breaks, to «break up» the appointment so that your baby has a chance to get away from the table, stretch their legs, and relax and get a drink — and then revisit the groom.
Fur-kid sitting? Oh YEAH… I keep with the environment that you have for your kiddies. There are NO CRATES. I sit homestyle — they are free to relax about the house and I am home ALL day. They get lots of attention and love — and get to play with friends. Everything and everyone is completely supervised. There are NO «meanies» allowed at Auntie Sandra’s — so it’s a very happy and fun place. I also know what it’s like to be a nervous Dog Mom — so if you call me 100 times to check on your baby — you don’t ever have to worry about feeling like you’re bothering me. I truly care about fur-kids and I love what I do.

I have always loved fur-kids. I wanted to be a veterinarian, but couldn’t afford school because I was on my own at 18 years old. So I decided to groom doggies! I wanted to be different than everyone else. I wanted customers to feel a warm environment when they came to visit. I hate that things are so impersonal today. I want my customers to feel special and important; like they are visiting a friend. I didn’t want to become an assembly line where customers felt like they were a number. Sure, I could make a lot more money by doing that — but I didn’t feel comfortable with it. It’s just not who I am. So, I built my business on hard work, integrity, honesty, and love. I think that’s a pretty strong foundation. I love people and I love fur-kids. I make them feel special because they are. I have a personal relationship with every single customer. I know who they are when they call. Word spread, I remain humble and loving — and a few years later, here we are…
