Do not go here. Many many red flags and issues. Moved to the area in September and needed a doctor to remove stitches. I made a few mistakes here, I will admit but overall experience was not good. My first mistake was looking for a doctor on Unilocal.I called and made an appointment no problem. Told them my insurance and they confirmed they accepted it. It is a very large plan so had no thoughts of checking with my insurer. That was my second mistake. The day before the appointment I received a call confirming my appt. I called back to confirm and the woman who called acted like she had no record of who I was. She was arguing with me after she called me. Finally she confessed she had located my appointment. I show up the day of the appointment and everyone was nice enough but you could see the potential for mistakes with this office. Staff was very aloof and misplaced my insurance card again. This was the second time they confirmed they accepted my plan. Saw the doctor who had to dig around on the counter top in the exam room for shears to remove my stitches. He finally found them under papers and hand towels. I thought this was pretty odd but did not say anything. Then he proceeds to remove my 7 stitches. When he gets done removing the 5th stitch, the doctor says«Oops this hasn’t healed!» Are you kidding me? He couldn’t tell on the first thru 4th stitch the gash hadn’t closed up? Told me to wear an ace bandage for another week. I did and it healed fine. Took the last stitches out myself. Then weeks later I get a bill for $ 80. On the billing report they left other people’s names and did a very half hearted attempt to cross out their plan numbers. My wife was appalled that our info could be sent out like this on someone else’s billing statements. I called the insurance co about the charges and they confirmed the doctor is out of network so the bill is justified. I called to pay the bill and get rid of this awful outfit. In doing so, I asked whether they tell people when they call and their insurance is out of network. The same woman who argued with me about my appt weeks ago said of course we do. I asked why they hadn’t told me my insurance was out of network. She said«Well, I would have because I know for a fact your insurance is out of network, but I don’t know who you spoke to when you called or were in the office. Let me check. Oh it was me! Sorry for the inconvenience.» Pretty unbelievable, but true. Stay away!!!

Little to no wait time, and a very charismatic guy. Seems to genuinely care about patients and takes the time to ask about all symptoms and get to the root of the problem. Does not try to push unnecessary procedures.
