History
Established in 2013.
Digital Remedy was founded by local girl Lauren Fairbanks. After a decade off seeing the world, she decided to come home and start a company in Monroe. Since her fiancé was a veteran of New York City’s oldest iPhone and computer repair shop, an iPhone repair store seemed like the perfect opportunity. Besides, there was nothing else like it in the city. So Digital Remedy was born, and when it turned out Lauren’s brother was born to take apart phones, he was pulled in for the ride.
Digital Remedy specializes in fixing broken iPhones, but we also fix iPads, some Android devices, and can also do virus removals and Windows reinstalls. We were founded on three core beliefs:
The Best Service Possible: We’re not happy until you’re happy.
Fair Prices: We know what a repair should cost, and we won’t charge you a penny more than that.
Quality Repairs: We’ll get it fixed right, and we’ll get it fixed fast, and we’ll get it fixed better than anyone else anywhere.

Cole has been fixing (and occasionally breaking) technology since he was knee high to a rattlesnake. So it;s no surprise that he chose to jump on board with Digital Remedy. If Cole can’t get it fixed, it probably can;t be fixed.
