I’ve had a storage unit here since last Fall, a 10×15 I think. I visit the unit about once or twice a month. I’ve had no issues with my unit or my stuff. The office staff is pretty helpful, and I can call in to pay my monthly bill (with a cc on file) if I want to. I like that’s it’s a local business and has two families on site. Prices are very competitive with other storage places in town.

Have stored here for about 10 months now. The storage seems to be fine — we have a 10×15 unit with mainly big stuff in there — including furniture, tools and sporting goods equipment. Cost is about $ 85 a month so it works well for us.
