I had read so many horror stories online about shipping your car, that I was super apprehensive about trying to find the right company. Executive was fantastic. Laura was very helpful and prompt with correspondence. Francis our driver was friendly and professional. I had my Lexus RX300 shipped from DC to Houston. My car was picked up on the first day of the pick up window (Wednesday) and delivered the following Monday. Both pick up and delivery were made at a location I agreed to within a mile of my residence. No deposit was taken until my car was picked up, with the balance due upon delivery (very important!) I would definitely recommend Executive to anyone needing to ship a car.

I shipped my car from North Florida to Los Angeles, CA and had a great experience. I worked with Jodi who was very communicative every step of the way and kept me updated on the status of my car. Their pricing is also great and I was quoted a much better rate than other shipping companies. I would definitely use EAS again in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Executive Auto Shippers! They were responsive, reliable and connected us with a great driver. Our car arrived faster than we expected and in perfect condition. I would use them anytime again. Cindy kept us proactively up to date. Great customer service!

Update: September 14^th, 2015
After much discussion with EAS, EAS will not provide any compensation or replacement funds for the stolen items. Replacement costs total to over $ 600. This is unfortunate, please take my loss as a warning about this company.

And so I am writing this review in the hopes of saving other innocent consumers! Executive Auto Shippers had rave reviews, that is why I went with them, but consumer beware if you are the lucky (or unlucky) one where your car actually gets damaged, the folks that own this company are not going to take responsibility at all — you will be on your own to pay for the expense from someone else’s mistake!
Here is my true story of how my car got damaged being shipped from Rhode Island to Hawaii: (of course I am only providing the highlights to this hellish ordeal)
The whole experience started out shaky and got worse from there. The driver that came to pick my car up in Rhode Island was a nice guy but was very late picking my car up. We had to connect 10 times on the phone before he actually came to get my car. He loaded it on the trailer and drove it to California, where the story gets worse! My car was lost for two weeks before the subcontractor that Executive Auto Shippers contracts with to ship my car from CA to HI was called. And that was only after I CALLED EXECUTIVE AUTO SHIPPERS!
Once the car was found it could not be loaded on the ship because the clutch had been completely burned out by someone that did not know how to drive a clutch. The clutch was working when Executive Auto Shippers picked the car up, it had to work the driver had to DRIVE it onto the vehicle transporter! And it had to be driven OFF THE TRANSPORTER. A car without a clutch does not drive.
I had to pay for the towing fees to tow the car from the Port to a Honda Dealership in Long Beach. The service manager at the Honda Dealership said the clutch was broken by someone that did not know how to drive a clutch. The car was revved to an extreme level and then jammed into a lower gear completely damaging the fly wheel and breaking the clutch. Keep in mind that all of these arrangements had to be made from Hawaii.
It cost ME $ 2,000 to REPLACE the burned out clutch and another $ 225 to tow the car back to the port to be shipped to me in Hawaii. I had to rent a car for another $ 750 so I could get to work my first week on the Island and then take the bus the rest of the time while waiting to get my car delivered. UNBELIEVABLE! My car was also ultimately late getting to me.
Executive Auto Shippers will not take any responsibility for the damage to my car.
They have been somewhat in contact we me during the process, but I have had to do most of the following up with them, its all smoke and mirrors. They want to say, «yes we are in communication with the client“but they are not taking responsibility.
They keep blaming their subcontractor for the damage and not making it right!
I want to be clear, that this is NOT A MECHANICAL PROBLEM (BECAUSE THIS IS THE EXCUSE THEY WILL USE) my clutch was entirely replaced in December of 2014 — BRAND NEW CLUTCH after driving 108,000 miles. This indicates that I know how to drive a clutch. The car was given to Executive Auto Shippers in July 2015 to ship the car to Hawaii and the clutch was destroyed, making the car non-​drivable! It sat at the Port for 2 weeks, then the whole fiasco with getting it fixed AT MY EXPENSE!
Correct me if I am wrong, but is it not Executive Auto Shippers responsibility to deliver my car to its final destination, without damage??? And to NOT blame a subcontractor that they hired to do a job for them on behalf of a customer, for damaging a client’s car and then say hey it’s not my problem! It is your problem, you are the one who hired the subcontractor!!!

That is scary when you are talking about your car or other possessions possibly being damaged or lost.

Mostly a good experience shipping my car from Maryland to California. Only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because the first carrier they scheduled was pretty unreliable and didn’t speak any English. We felt uncomfortable giving a nice vehicle to someone we could not communicate with. Once we expressed these concerns to Jen, she immediately rescheduled us and had another, more reliable carrier there within 24 hours. Car got to California in the same condition we left it, minus needing a bath. ;) I would definitely recommend their services! Thank you Executive Auto Shippers for taking care of my baby!

Overall a smooth experience for shipping my car from southern California to northern California. I received a quote within 24 hours, and the agents (mostly worked with Betty) were very helpful at answering all of my questions and finding a time frame for pickup/​delivery which would work for me. They contracted the actual transport out to a local company (Red Star Auto Transport), who was easy to get ahold of, kept me well informed of their progress, and actually wound up delivering my car early (pick up at 1pm, delivered at 11pm as opposed to the next day in the morning).
It can be difficult getting through on the phone (extensions for individual agents usually went to voicemail, and even general extensions for customer service sometimes went to voicemail), but they are much more responsive via email. Besides that, no problems at all, and I would definitely recommend them for your auto transport needs.

Executive Auto Shippers took great care of us at every stage in the process. What a tremendous relief in the midst of a complicated cross-​country move. Highly recommended!

Great business with outstanding customer service. I needed to get my BMW e82 shipped to Los Angeles, and naturally, I was very nervous to work with an auto shipper.
They were prompt, reliable, and professional. My car arrived on the exact day that it was promised with no issues whatsoever.

Worst group of clowns I have ever dealt with. I signed a contract with them for shipment to be completed two days ago and still don’t have my car. Every time I call, I get a different answer from my rep. No idea what they are doing. I am currently awaiting correspondance from them on the status of delivery and have no recourse but to get an attorney if this is not resolved, quickly.

I was so wary about sending my car across the country. Every time I thought I’d found a reasonably priced transport service, their reviews were scary. In some places, you could see they piled up their own reviews to give themselves good ratings, but when you looked carefully, the real ratings were awful. I decided on a whim to try Angie’s list, and to my surprise there were a number of companies listed. I wrote to 3 of them. Executive was the first to answer. Their price was fair, and their representative — Cindy — was as helpful as could be. She told me it might take 3 – 4 days to locate a carrier, but within 24 hours the car had already been picked up. The driver was friendly and it took 15 minutes to inspect it and load it. The next time I heard from them, they were a day away from delivery — a full day ahead of schedule. They brought the car right to my son’s door at the exact time they told him they would be there, and he said the driver was so nice. Whenever I emailed Cindy for an update, she got back to me immediately. Even though they are brokers, there were no hidden fees (often a broker will quote you the transport fee and later tell you that their fee was not included). Seriously, this was an A+++ experience. Would recommend them without reservation

I could not be more pleased with the whole experience of working with Executive Auto Shippers. Getting an initial quote was easy. Follow up and follow through were both fast and responsive.

Once scheduled, the driver followed directions, called before arriving, had a clean truck, was professional, and overall inspired confidence.

Delivery was timely, the process was smooth and professional, the shipped vehicle arrived in the same condition it left in.

I have already recommended their services to some of the people I work with.
I am a completely satisfied customer.
