L & R knows chain saws. They also know how to advise those who don’t with helpful tips. Good service and great advice. I’m a customer for life now.

They’re just a little weak on the friendliness sometimes, depending on who you talk to. I’ve used them for years and they’re real good mechanics. You can trust them and that means a lot.

I dropped my lawnmower & leaf blower off for a tune-up in mid-April and it’s a little over a month later and I still do not have them back yet. When I dropped the machines off I was told it would be at least 2 weeks but now it’s 5 weeks later. I have called twice to follow-up with them and 2 of the 3 people that’s spoke with over the phone were 2 of the rudest people I have ever spoken to! The woman today even hung up on me while I was trying to find out how much the cost of this service would be… unbelievable!!! I think the only reason that they are still in business is because there are not a lot of other lawnmower service businesses in the area. This is the first time I have ever used them ANDITWILLBETHELASTTIME!!! My suggestion would be if you need to have your lawnmower serviced take it somewhere else ANYWHEREELSE!!!
