Mail Station

Very rude & expensive! Sent package overnight, and it arrived four days later. In their defense they did refund the money, but it wasn’t worth the terrible experience, or dealing with the owner.

I came in to mail a package and have a notary service done. When I walked in the door, the woman did not even greet me or ask if she could help me at all until she was finished chatting with the other customer there who was obviously a «regular». After noticing that she had a stack of empty priority boxes from the USPS, I asked her if I could use one of them to mail my package with her, and she immediately snapped «no». I actually thought she was joking at first with how stern her reply was– and because anyone can pick up an unlimited supply of these boxes at the local post office for FREE– but realized she was completely serious. She then asked me what I was sending and when I told her, she asked me why I would even be sending them in a priority box anyway. Next she told me that I should just send it «this» way because they were «just books». I informed her that they were vintage collectibles and her only reply was «oh». I turned and walked out. Horribly rude and I will never be back.
