The original recipes are inspired by Jenny Harkey’s grandmother „Ruby.“ Jenny is known for her pretty and delicious cup cakes! Her dad, Jeff Harkey, co-​owner, is known for his specialty meats and catering. The father /​daughter team have combined forces to bring us Ruby’s Bakery and Catering!
Breakfast items include: Kolaches, Breakfast Sandwiches, Homemade Pastries and Donuts.
For lunch, try one of our traditional or specialty sandwiches, salads, or „Ruby’s lunch specials.“ All meats are prepared using Jeff’s original recipes and are made to order. Carry out orders are welcome. Just call ahead and we’ll have it ready.»

Jenny and her dad, Jeff are the sweetest people ever! From the moment you walk into the bakery until you leave, their hospitality makes you feel like you’re right at home.
They have a variety of lunch items– sandwiches, salads, soup of the day, and a daily lunch special. I had the shrimp-​corn bisque and it was amazing. It had pan-​roasted corn, potatoes, and shrimp. A few weeks ago, I had the tenderloin and rice for dinner, which was good as well.
There are plenty of sweet treats here as well! An assortment of various flavors are available. Just to name a few– red velvet, strawberry, chocolate & vanilla cupcakes, lemon bars, turtle bars, cookies, and cinnamon rolls.
