Starbucks

I travel a decent amount and tend to end up at Starbucks rather often. This is by far the loudest Starbucks I have ever been in. Not customers. The staff is in full, long conversations back and forth every time I come in here. It is not about customer attention, it is about the stories they are telling each other. Some, not even close to being understandable to be spoken in front of customers. Wayne

Why 5 stars? I typically only use the drive thru, but I did go inside once. The Health Inspection number is always very high, and one of the first times I ever saw a score of 100. The drive thru is typically always fast, even when there is a line of cars. The baristas are always friendly. Oh yeah, and my drink always tastes like it should.

Oh how Monroe needed this Starbucks! When driving through Monroe to head to the beach, I always make it a point to stop by this location. What can I say, I’m a little bit on the lazy side and I love that this location has a drive-​thru, so I can zip right through. There’s usually only a short line or none at all when I’m there, though admittedly I’m not around for the morning rush hour. The line at the Starbucks in Target is usually much longer. This Starbucks always gets my order correct and is a great way to fuel up before a long drive!

This Starbucks is on par with other Starbucks. It has a pretty good atmosphere, and pretty good coffee. The customer service is always fine, and I’ve never had any kind of issue here.

Went last night by the drive thru and who ever that guy was taking orders around 7 pm he is very rude!!!
I ordered a expresso frappé & my mother in law ordered a very berry. When we got our drinks her very berry was clear (normally is the berry color with actual berries in it) we have never got it like this before and obviously is not what she wanted, its understandable that they are out of berries how ever we were never told this while placing our order, so we told the guy in a nicely maner if we could switch it becuase she didn’t want it like that. This guy got so mad in a minute and said «it taste the same» and we said we understand that but she likes the actual fruit. He snatched from her hand and again said «it tastes the same but whatever». Once he gave us the drink we asked if there was the a price difference and he said no and slammed the window close. We have a family buisness and customer service is one of the most important factors. We never gave him a bad attitude or anything like that for him to act this way. If it bothers him so much he should say something while people are placing an order.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, but when you love your coffee and you’ve looked forward to that coffee just as you ordered it and it’s no where near what you ordered… that is disappointment. Then you drive back to get it corrected and the Starbucks employee argues your order with you rather than saying «how can we help you? I’m sorry for the inconvenience. «. Starbucks, train your employees in common courtesies and maybe a class in manners. What ever happened to customer service?

This Starbucks is super cute and quaint! Nuzzled next to an Att store. The cashier was kind and helpful! Don’t like that to get discounts I have to buy a gift card of 5 dollars on top of my purchase already. Cup of coffee was piping hot and soon to be consumed!

Awesome location! I’m visiting from out of town and on only my second visit, they greeted me with such a warm and pleasant welcome and they remembered my previous order exactly. Really, really impressive

The drive-​thru gets pretty nuts in the morning. It’s faster if you just park and go inside, lazy bum, you!
One of the baristas here called me hon several times and it was very sweet. They have the afternoon coffee deal here, too, or maybe all SB do, they just advertise it here.

Smaller footprint Starbucks but it has a drive through and for those people making the long drive into Charlotte — you poor bastards — this would come in very handy.
Inside, the usual tables and chairs plus coolers of pastries and drinks. Baristas are standing by to prepare your favorite vehicle for the caffeine intake.

I love that it has a drive thru, which is really convenient for me driving all the way on independence from Charlotte every morning. The employees are always sweet and they get my order right every time!
