They do a horrible job. Make sure you look your car over before you leave. I also recommend that you do not get your car detailed here. They hire anybody off the street with no background in detailing. That area also has a high turnover rate. I wonder why. They really need new management.

The staff here is always so-​so on friendliness and it’s a real shame. As the business seemed to have grown, the staff gets a lot more grumpy.
Real unprofessional when you pull up for your wash and the employee has to finish their cigarette before they can help me. Was my fault for this, how dare I.
The cash register team member needs to be a lot more friendlier, especially when you say «no» on the gift cards. I was treated like crap because I didn’t want it and pretty much called dumb for not doing it. Sorry, I want my current card to be empty first.
As always, I get the better wash and the inside of my car looks like crap. I had to even tell them I got/​paid for the interior too!

Complete waste of time and money. Detail department highly unprofessional. Purchased complete detail and immediately upon arrival guy tried to tell me I needed to pay more for dog hair. Dont think so. Entire reason I purchased this detail was because of the dog hair and I specifically asked when I purchased the detail if this was covered entirely and they told me repeatedly yes. The owner is very rude and I don’t see this place staying in business because of how they treat customers.

For service, I give it 5 stars but overall 4 stars only because we had to set up a detailing appointment way, way in advance (say 4 weeks and not even on a weekend)!
The results are fabulous! My car hasn’t looked this good in eons (probably close to the time I bought it). Even when I do try to clean it, it’s just too impossible (or I’m too impatient) to get the French fries and yuck stuck under and in-​between the seats and, especially, in the seat tracks.
My car is shiny inside and out now and so worth the price for a once in a long while car pampering session given I used a Groupon coupon.
