Their place is awesome… but more importantly the people who run it are awesome. They are the first I call now on EVERY job I do. Rental gear, studio space, quality people… this place has it all. I would hate to be in this town without them!

Great venue. Was here for a friends wedding where I did the sweets bar. It is a great space with a really good vibe. Josh and Michael are two great guys to work with, very hospitable. I will definitely recommend Arcteck to those looking for a space.

This place is without a doubt the best one stop shop for small to mid-​sized productions of any kind, with prices that are almost alarmingly low and affordable.
The location is great first off… A lot of street parking for many crew members out in front and a spacious loading area and loading dock around the back that can accommodate trucks if needed. Monrovia is a great, quiet, clean place to shoot.
Where to start on the inside of this place… The building is split into two parts: a front stage area and back stage and are both equally usable and great. The front being slightly larger including endless wild wall set opportunities and a rather large corner green screen Cyc wall. Which includes an overhead grid as well. The front rooms main set is ideal for bedroom/​living room/​kitchen sets or almost anything else in-​between.
The back room is also equipped with an overhead grid for lighting and again has endless set and wild wall possibilities that can flex with almost any style of production.
The studio is equipped with endless extras that make the rental rates feel as though you are stealing from them… Two nicely remodeled bathrooms, a large kitchen equipped and ready for a catering company. Large downstair offices for production to work out of. Designated video village areas both on the floor and up in the cat walks… Oh and also they are equipped with cat walks in both stage rooms. Roof access should you need it for any reason.
Here is where things got really good, they own flats for set walls, they own an endless amount of furniture and props to dress sets that are all located in house. They own an insane amount of both film and still photography lighting and grip equipment, which includes a dana dolly, stands, car mounts, 1×1 led panels, Kinos, specialty LEDs, party lighting, and practical lighting. My explanation of their lighting gear is modest and can only be grasped if you go and see it for yourself. Im not done… they own a Canon C300 camera package that is also located in house and available to rent if needed.
One simply cannot beat large stages, a green screen, full sized professional kitchen, roomy offices, grids, cat walks, a prop house, flats, a mill, endless lighting options, and a camera package all under one roof.
The owners are all also very talented in their own rights and can be as involved or out of the way as you need them to be. I don’t know why you wouldn’t want them around though… they seem to have great working knowledge of cameras, lighting and rigging of all kinds. They were always willing to lend a hand to the production and help solve little issues we had to tackle.
While this review is long and drawn out, I really couldn’t fully explain this place with a description any shorter than this. Go here and give it a try… whether it be for a a corporate event, private event, concert, party, art opening, short film, photo shoot, interview shoot, green screen shoot, commercial, music video, and everything else in-​between. I am certain they can comfortably and affordably accommodate any style production.

Very spacious area that can be rented fully or split in half. It can be a commercial video and photography production studio they offer lighting, equipment, make-​up stages, furniture, backdrops, stage walls, accessories, and more if needed. Awesome place !

A beautiful place that is perfect for photo shoots, filming, business parties, art shows, live music, and any party you can think of. A great environment to meet new friends and to network.
