O’Reilly Auto Parts

The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and organized. I will be shopping here more often.

Been buying my parts from here for years! The people that work there are always very helpful and very professional. They always make me feel welcome as soon as i walk in the door.

Earlier today, I picked up some wiper blades for my mom since it has been raining here in Socal. The associate was somewhat helpful in getting us the rebate form. But I felt more of a burden asking for it. Later that day our car battery died temporarily because my mom left the lights and radio on. So we got AAA to jump start it and they even check the starter, alternator and battery for you. They also recommend charging the battery at like a Pep Boys or O’Reily. Apparently it was a service they offer free of charge. I called the Las Tunas location but they were busy and would take it overnight, but I had no other means to get back home. So I called this location and they said to bring it on by.
When I got there, Roice was not helpful at all. I don’t even think he knows how to take a battery out because he gave me a wrench to unscrew the bolt. Anyways, I also felt like he was upselling me on a battery when I told him that I just had it test by AAA third party and they said it was fine and just needed to be charged. I was really unhappy because I even called to make sure it was okay to come by. And Roice is just giving me the run around. I felt like he was just too lazy since it was 8pm and they close at nine. I ended up just leaving because clearly the associate did not want to help.
After this visit, I will never return here nor recommend this place because it now feels like a dishonest establishment. Perhaps some re-​training needs to be looked into. That might sound harsh, but better than closing down like the place next door.

Went in there suspecting a dying battery. Vic tested the battery, helped me pick out a new one, and installed it. I came around 8 at night and it took about a hour for him to finish since the acid had built up on my old battery, making it hard to remove. He maintained a great attitude the whole time! I also asked him a few questions regarding the battery and he was honest in his answers, not the type that tried to gyp you.

This store has excellent customer service. My car battery died at work but I was able to get a jump and drive over. I know pretty much nothing about cars, however Victor and another gentleman, whose name I did not get, were very helpful and patient with me. It’s because of Victor that I will bring my business back to this store.

I have been here several times for either mine or my husband’s auto mobile’s needs. We have purchased windshield viper replacements, motor oil, other items needed to do one’s own oil change, car light bulbs and other scratch repair items here.
Customer service here is pretty friendly. Most employees (but not all) we have interacted with knows where all of the items are in the store and how to use them on the car, which is not always the case for every auto car parts store I have been to. There was this one time my husband needed a specific touch up car paint for his car to touch up a scratch on his car and the store did not have it. But the one employee who was helping us said he can order it and it will come in within the next afternoon.
Sure enough, when we call over the store the next day, the paint was there in the store and we were on our way.
Pricing here is pretty reasonable and comparable to other auto part stores like Auto Zone.
There is plenty of parking available, as this store shares the lot with 24 Hour Fitness, Albertson’s & Michael’s.

When my wife needed windshield wiper blades, not only did they find her the right ones, the went outside and INSTALLED them for her. When I needed to find something to remove paint from a bumper, they actually told me that the item would not work for my needs and suggested an alternative that I could get at a drug store. HONEST!

Very helpful staff, the place is clean, and the store is kept fairly organized. I like O’Reillys a lot more than Autozone. I rather drive a little bit more just to go to O’Riellys rather than going to autozone which is closer to me.

i just love this place i have come to this place like 10 times but never have think about so good costumer service they have offer me, until i went to Auto Zone and they treat me like peace of s. this morning i pass by getting motor oil for my cars this guy help me so good he went with me help me to pick the right oil for each need of my cars, got a box put all the stuff in it he also offer me the best deal i got free filters, two hours late i came back the same guy help me with others things that i needed.

Glad to see the person above me got much better service than I did. The employee, Manny, did not greet anyone that walked in, did not greet anyone at the register and was less than courteous when asked for help in locating an item.
Thanks, cuz I’ll be going down the street to Pepboys next time.

I’ve never seen an employee so ecstatic about helping a customer find windshield wipers before. Came in to purchase a set for one car and ended up with sets for all three vehicles. The female employee helped research the appropriate size blades & I only needed to purchase 3 pairs of blades (6 blades in total). Trippy how I didn’t have to store any replacement blades in my garage for next season!
Came back today for windshield repair stuff (rock from the 10 freeway) and I was in and out easy breezy. Same female employee helped me today :)
