After working in a very structured corporate job for many years, I felt a little lost after deciding to start my own business. I had no website design experience and lacked marketing knowledge, but understood these two areas were crucial to the success of my business.
I was introduced to Emily, and she is amazing. It was refreshing to have someone break down the problems in a way where it’s easy to understand and solve. While her and her team’s work has directly contributed to the growth of my business, it is actually the time they spend to teach me about the basics of developing an effective website and how to best conduct online marketing that was invaluable. Ready Artwork has big clients, but I can attest that they dedicate all the time necessary for the success of every client, big or small.

Ready Artwork is absolutely as good as it gets and exceeding all my already high expectations. Our team has wanted to create a team logo for the longest time, and finally we are ready. I emailed them, and Victor got back to me in minutes to let me know what we need to send them and the different packages. Throughout the process, they were extremely communicative and easy to work with. When we received the final versions at the date that Emily had promised, they looked so amazing and professional with the right formats that we asked for. Our team loved it and has already talked about referring clients to them — In fact, we just did refer someone to them for website creation!

I started a small business with my friend. We had a wix website before but we didn’t really know much about website design but luckily we found Ready Artwork.
We met with Victor and Joanne and they explained to me the process and even gave suggestions on how to generate more sales! We went over all of the things we needed and they gave suggestions based on other businesses they’ve worked with in the past.
They also gave me some insight on social media marketing but specifically on Instagram management which we decided would be the best platform to help my business. Once we improve our website and other parts of the business we are planning to get started with Instagram marketing with the Ready Artwork team.
They quickly answer phone calls and emails so whenever I have questions I hear back from them quickly! Get started with them and don’t waste time with the DIY website options.

Got a custom front and back color flyer designed and printed. Provided them with a logo, and some product pictures. I loved the finished design! Price was reasonable. Fliers looked much better than something I could make myself, more than worth it even for my small business. Very easy to work with and very professional.

Trust me… I spent a LOT of time looking around for local and non-​local web design firms, and I have to admit that the positive Unilocal reviews definitely helped convince me to go to their offices to meet with them. I’ve built a number of websites in the past all on my own so I wasn’t exactly their typical client. Honestly, I had SO MANY little change requests that I started to worry that they were going to get irritated with me, but they never did. They just followed up to make sure that they understood all the requests, and they fixed every one of them perfectly every time.
The finished site just launched, and it’s working perfectly and looks fantastic. We’re a professional product photography studio, and a lot of our clients need help with their websites. I’m so glad that I finally have a place I can refer them to without any hesitation at all!

This is a long overdue review. My friend and I wanted to open a small business back in 2013 and we needed to develop a new logo and web design. I contacted Ready Artwork via email and Miyoki responded to me within an hour. She was ready to help and provide more information with the services I needed. We met with the Ready Artwork crew in their office and they were very friendly but also professional with their job and were motivated to help us. After developing several design concepts and taking note of our suggestions, they came up with a beautiful logo for us in a month. The web design, completed in 2 – 3 months, looked modern and professional. Many of our customers complimented on its appealing look. Thanks to Ricky for developing the webpage and giving advice on how to maintain it! I had to give 4 ½ stars because we felt some of their other services we were interested in were a bit too expensive. However, I still highly recommend this company for fabulous web designs!

Ricky and the rest of the Ready Artwork team were a pleasure to work with. The whole process of building our website was well organized and clear. They let you know the timeline from the beginning, which leaves very little room for confusion. Overall very satisfied with this business! They also host social marketing events where they teach people how to build their web presence. Awesome!

10 Reasons Why I Will NEVER Do Business with Ready Artwork:
(I have never written a negative review before on Unilocal,so here we go.)
# 1: The owner of Ready artwork, Victor, is the epitome of Bad Business and Greed.
His business practices reflect the motto of «Business First, Customer Last»
# 2: Their proposal put me into a position that would end up costing me thousands of dollars more than necessary. I am now working with an even better web design company that will come out to half the cost of Ready Art’s Proposal.
# 3: I called Monday morning, canceling my project 4 days after giving my credit card information (they were closed on the weekends) and Victor without hesitation said he could not refund any of the $ 1400 nonrefundable deposit.
# 4: I paid $ 1400 for a 40 minute initial FREE consultation! When all I did was explain what I wanted.
# 5: I offered to pay $ 200 for the 40 minutes I took of his time. These 40 minutes was before I even committed to anything, so it was just a mere introduction. And Victor told me, «I am insulted that you value my time for $ 200.»
# 6: Victor’s reasoning for not being able to give any refund was having to pay for «rent, salary, insurance.» What does that matter to me, when you did not do any work?
# 7: I had to pay 50% more for the project because I wanted a «responsive» site, meaning a mobile friendly site. Which could have been easily solved just by using a wordpress template instead of fully customizing it as Victor strongly told me to.
And shouldn’t I get a partial refund if the 50% increase was due to making it mobile friendly, which is a phase that they obviously couldn’t have gone to?
# 8: Victor told me later, another reason he could not refund the money was because his team had already started on the project, which was a LIE because the team never spoke with me so they could not know what I wanted.
Even Victor could barely understand my vision as I had to explain it multiple times. On top of that, they were closed for the weekend, so I can’t imagine what work they could have possibly done.
# 9: To be understanding, I agreed to let Victor notify me how much time his team spent on the project so he could calculate a partial refund. He gave me an email response saying he could reduce 1,400 to 700 but saying NOTHING about how much time was spent or what work was produced. Neither would he let me talk to his team leader personally on the phone.
I wonder why, since no work was done…
I am sorry but I still did not see why I should pay 700 for 40 minutes of me telling him what I wanted for my website. And after all the dishonesty, dodging and rudeness, I was just fed up with Victor and Ready artwork.
# 10: On my last phone call to Ready Artwork, I asked to speak to Victor and instead of handling the issue professionally, he refused to speak to me on the phone and relegated to communicating over email.
I found it extremely rude and unprofessional that he would refuse to communicate with me more personally on such an important matter. That was the last straw which pushed me to write this review.

My ultimate recommendation is to not do business with Ready Artwork because, ultimately you want to work with somebody who cares, as opposed to just seeing dollars signs. The very best work come from people who really care and are passionate about the service they are providing.

Also, Ready Artwork will charges 50% more than for their services. I was originally quoted $ 3,800 which included design of site. Afterwards, I worked with another web designer and completed the design aspect of my site and then proposed to work with them again because they said I could use my initial deposit as credit, and they changed their initial quote and quoted me $ 5,500 (not including the design). I am now working with another great wordpress programmer who only charged me $ 2600. This place is a rip off. What I recommend doing, is Unilocaling web designers/​programmers in San Francisco.

Had them do a logo for Mien Nghia Restaurant. Even though they specialize in web page design, they ended up doing a fantastic job for my business. Victor and Emily took the time to understand my product and help me put together a logo that represents it best. The team at Ready Art Work is extremely creative, talented, and highly motivated to meet all your business and design needs. Thank you guys for a job well done!

Ready Artwork is a great firm to work with and very professional. From day one, Victor did a good job understanding what we were looking for so the project moved forward smoothly. Their programmer Michael not only problem solved many of our company’s issues but he did it with a quick turn around, which is more impressive. As far as customer service goes, Ricky their project coordinator is always around and very responsive to my questions.
It was created in Wordpress so that we can update it and add content whenever needed. I would recommend anyone who needs a site built to give them a call.

My 9 month journey with Ready started off with Victor’s thorough consultation via phone then in person. We discussed my needs/​wants for my site before the start of the project and compared to other companies I was deciding between, I felt like Victor and his team would follow through, deliver and be patient.
My site was definitely not as simple as others and yes there were times when frustration kept building as with any other project but Victor and his team did address each frustration and bump in a professional manner.
I’m probably their most difficult customer in terms of lack of patience and being super demanding but they were able to deliver, which at the end of the day is what is most important.
Their project coordinator was on top of everything and really kept communication open; this was extremely helpful. The developer behind my site is great as he patiently answers all questions and offers different options and explains the pros and cons. His team managed to find answers to each problem and tackle it in a professional and timely manner.
I thank everyone at Ready and would definitely recommend their services to others who are looking for a reliable company to deliver a website. They were able to please me and I am crazy picky. Thanks guys and wish you the best with all your future projects and you have my business in the future.

Emily/​her team are great at what they do! It was my first time working with a web designer and I can tell that they really care about the project as they want to create a successful website for you. They built
which is a ecommerce site that lets customers design their very own pair of custom jeans. Whenever we needed any help with the design, Emily is always readily available, she is very helpful, and very accommodating.
I really like how they are flexible and always on time with deadlines. Once you get your website, they also train you on how to go into the back end of your website so you can edit things.
I highly recommended their service!
