The absolute worst! I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a bed for my daughter, the expected ship date was seven weeks. Seven weeks came and went I did not hear anything. I gave them a week and called to inquire what was going on. Isaac called me back saying the bed was shipping tomorrow and he would call me as soon as it came in. A week later they still did not have the bed but I was told by Mrs. Schwartz that it would be here soon. Now almost 12 weeks after ordering the bed I was told the bed hasn’t even shipped yet. I canceled the order and will buy elsewhere going forward. If you choose to shop there, make sure you speak Yiddish otherwise you will be discriminated against.
