Passover 2012 is once again being hosted at the Hudson Valley & Resort & Spa, formerly the GRANIT Hotel by Harriet & Barry Hochdorf. This is the 37th year of the Passover Program at this elegant, luxurious and magnificant Hotel. The hotel is the most beautiful property and facility in the catskills.
The Kashruth of the program is under the supervision of the Orthodox Union, and the Mashgiach Tmidi is Rabbi Yaakov May. All our dairy products are Cholov Yisroel. Special personalized attention is given to dietary needs of our guests. The sumptuous meals, elegant parties, and spectacular Tea Room are legendary.
