Specialties
I am a life coach; I help people thrive. I help clients who are looking for inspiration and motivation during career change and life transitions, including marriage, divorce, new baby and becoming a step parent. I also help clients prepare for retirement.
History
Established in 2005.
Initially, I offered life coaching services to clients while balancing other work, including hosting 3 food and travel shows and authoring 2 cookbooks. After I had children, I decided to coach full time. I now meet local clients in my Montclair, NJ office, and speak with geographically distributed clients via phone or Skype sessions.

Allison T.
Business Owner
I help people move through life transitions with purpose and grace. The majority of my coaching clients have worked with me to significantly change their career. I also work with parents-to-be and new parents as they prepare for and manage the changes that come with a new baby, as well as step parents and couples managing infertility. I help them navigate their own paths into parenthood.
I received my coaching certificate from New York University, and a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University.
Prior to coaching, I authored cookbooks, including You Can Trust a Skinny Cook and Cooking Light Lighten Up America. I was also the host of TLC’s Home Made Simple, Lifetime’s Cook Yourself Thin, and traveled the country for two years as host of Yahoo’s Blue Ribbon Hunter.
I am the mother of 2 ½ year-old twin boys, a 1 ½ year-old daughter and am a stepmother to a 14 year-old woman-to-be. I live in Montclair, NJ with my husband and our brood.
