Be warned… I bought a turkey burger from this shit hole and I’m paying the price tonight. Puking and shitting my guts out. From the first bite the burger tasted old and reheated. The turkey was dry and nasty. Will never buy from this shit hole ever again. No wonder the drive thru was empty.

I love Carl’s but sometimes the manager makes me hate the second I decided to walk in and buy food, and actually gives me the feeling of wanting to smash the good bag in her face an ask for my money back, but my parents rises me better than that. It is always the same dispute, I order 30 dollars worth of food and request a few extra sides of ’ those tiny purple ones ’ then they end up saying we can’t give you. «why the heck not? Is it coming out of your pocket? „“ no sir, it’s one side per customer „“ I ordered 5 combos at least give me one per combo „“ well on here is one extra „“ WTF. OK WHATEVER » … At other carls branches the happily provide what I ask but not this stingy ass stinking place with the rude Mexican manager, save your self the hassle go to another carls

Visited their location this afternoon pulled up to the drive thru & my mother procedded to order as she was the driver, yes we’re Mexican! & she does not speak fluid English as she ordered she asked for curly fries and the girl responds cris cut fries? & my mother said no curly fries. As I corrected my mother and informed her they sold cris cut fries the employee laughed at her. I asked for the Manger in charge I spoke to him and explained the situation I received no response he looked at me and smiled no apology or anything will be contacting corporate office! I work in the fast food industry and know what it’s like. The «person in charge «as he said was no help. I was not asking for free food to fix the issue a simple apology would have been great. You need to better train «the people in charge. I only gave this a 1 star rating so it would let me post my review to me they deserve none! «Will NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

I almost never go to Carl’s Jr. I only came here for their BOGOF Original Six Dollar Thickburger on a Fresh Baked Bun special. So I went online to their store locator and found this place closest to my job. The location is easily accessible right on the corner of Central and Holt Avenue. Upon pulling into the parking lot, I was pleasantly surprised to find it rather empty. I was able to park right in front of the restaurant.
I went in and asked if they participate in the coupon program and the pleasant cashier lady gladly accepted my coupon and took my order. The food took a little bit, about 10 minutes but everything was ordered correctly and everything tasted delicious. Less than $ 6 for 2 premium burgers, very good deal indeed.
I took the food to go but the restaurant looks clean and there were plenty of nice seating available. No faults with this joint but it’s nothing special either. I would definitely consider coming back here if they run another promotion.
