Catherine has been our real estate attorney for the sale of two of our homes and the purchase of one. She has hands down been the single most consistent, efficient and painless part of the buying/​selling process. She is extremely professional, and not to mention, a genuine pleasure to work with personally. We’ve recommended Catherine to several of our friends already, simply one of the best out there!

We’ve worked with Catherine twice for buying (2008) then selling (2013) our condo and will be contracting her services again when we buy our next home.
We’ve found her to be professional, thorough, and punctual in managing all the details of our transactions including a usage and occupancy contract. On top of that she’s a pleasure to work with, very friendly and easy to talk to.

Very disorganized and often unreachable. She setup a time for meetings /​calls and did not show up well past those times. Overall, not very professional and did nto inspire much faith as a real estate attorney. Otherwise, she is nice whan you do manage to talk to her.
