Crystal Clear Window Cleaning and Snow Removal

EXTORTIONIST!
Beware of this company and their employees! We hired them to wash our business windows. They worked for us for 3 months and their representative that was the usual service guy came in with an Invoice for $ 114. Naturally, we paid him with a check. Then we are told that they fired the man and we still owe them money. They are telling us that he made up a fake invoice and received payment acting on their behalf and now they are threatening us telling us we owe them the money we already paid their service man. Don’t use this company. They are very unprofessional.
On a side note: They were also very unapologetic all together that they sent a thief to our business.

I contracted with them before the first snow of the season to plow my driveway and clear the walks. At the first snow, one man arrived with a truck after dark (7 P.M.) and then demanded a price which was almost 3 times as high as their already high contracted price. I called the office to complain and they demanded twice the price and said the man would come back in the morning. Although I thought it was extortive, they had me over a barrel as the groups of men who had come by during the day to shovel were gone and weren’t coming back.
The man came the next morning, got his plow stuck on my driveway and neighbors’s lawn, leaving a foot deep rut and possibl damaging the underground sprinkler system, destroyed a shrub along my driveway and gouged my garage door. y
They refuse to send someone over to look at the damage and have no physical address, only a phone number.
I shudder to think what they would do to my windows if I were to hire them to clean them.
