Gap

It’s The Gap. What’s there to say? Not much. I’m just glad this location exists so I don’t have to go to one in a shopping mall.
The staff was really helpful in trying to find me the right size jeans, even though I left the store empty handed. One of their suggested styles barely made it past my thigh, much less my calf. For a second, I thought they suggested «skinny» and confused me for the metro type. Was I in Europe?
At one point, I left two pairs of jeans in the dressing room to go grab another size. When I came back to the same dressing room, the two pairs I left to compare and contrast were already swiped up by one of the employees. Pretty efficient but kind of annoying. Then, when I left the dressing room, the same employee who nabbed my two options asked how the pair I had in my hand fit. When I said they didn’t fit, I was expecting her to just take them off my hands, but instead I put them back on the rack myself. Not a huge deal, but the difference between 4 and 5 stars for a clothing store I suppose.

Best Gap location in the area! Way better than the mall locations. Very clean, organized and well air conditioned. Always a large variety of sizes. The sales associate that helped me was Pam and she was very friendly and helpful with helping me with sizes (even checking in the back) as well as online. They even told me the shipment days to check back for an item I wanted. They also will hold items if you call in. I am very impressed with this location and will return to shop anytime I want to shop Gap. Only drawback is the one hour parking but after 7pm it is free. You have to know what you want and get it fast.

The best gap I have ever shopped in. They have great sales, a great return policy, great customer service, (I can go on and on)!
What I love most about this Gap more than the others is the customer service. The employees at this gap always know their inventory to the TEE! You can even get your holiday shopping done here later than the mall.
If customer service is a big thing for you, you will love this GAP!

Excellent service. The staff goes above+ beyond to locate items and check the back room for you. Much better than going to the mall. Selection is varied and Not picked thru. Racks are arranged in orderly fashion. Too bad they close @ 7PM
