Mr. Ty Hyderally has litigated cases on behalf of employees and employers to verdict and/or dispositive motion practice.
Additionally, the Firm provides advice to corporate clients and Human Resources Personnel on employment issues and practices. Additionally, he has drafted numerous Employment Manuals and Handbooks for a variety of businesses, conducted training and seminars, and implemented complaint procedures to help protect companies and provide guidelines to ensure the optimal treatment of their workforce.
