Jack in the Box! Terrible place to go for breakfast !!! I was there on Sunday, 28, 2016 at 10. I asked for the Combo Breakfast Plater with coffee ($ 4.79 with coffee plus tax). Without the coffee it is $ 3.69 plus tax. I did not notice my charges till after l was almost finishing my meal. I was charged 5.08 plus tax, total 5.50. I went to the cashier and asked why l was charged 5.08 plus tax, instead of 4.79 plus tax for the combo? She said, because you ordered coffee. I said, yes, that is included in the combo. Otherwise, l should have bin charges 3.69 plus 1.39 for coffee plus tax. She said thats how they do things at this Jack in the Box. I then asked to speak to the manager (Anita). I said the same thing to here and asked the same question again. She said that is the charge with the coffee. I said, l ordered the combo, the coffee is already included in the Breakfast Plater Combo. That is false advertising, what you have posted for the Breakfast Pl later Combo. She could not make sense and calculations. She took out he calculator and said she would talk to the owner. But would not refund me the difference. In addition to this, there was no coffee ready at the beginning of my order, they made me wait 5 min. They must be so busy chatting here. The place was empty, l was the only customer there, they had no one at the drive through and there were at least 3 employees.
On top of all of that. The cashier was wearing gloves. I asked what is the point of wearing gloves and being at the register handling cash? She replied she was the frying lady. But l saw here handling the food with the same gloves on here. How safe is that?
For this l am forces to give one star.

You must be delusional Anita or have Alzheimer’s Disease… You don’t remember this experience?
Your are a manager at this Jack in the Box, you are probably 50 years old or more, and woman of that age should be able to recall an experience like this? Shame on you!
Furthermore, your English writing skills need major improvement. You wrote back to me, «Your a crazy crack head old man foo and don’t knoe wat ur talking about… LoL» These are your exact words and spelling, this is posted. Your writing skills and Grammar communication is that of a 1^st grader level. Learn to write basic English.
I am considering, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Interior is clean, staff is upbeat and friendly, my food came very fast, tasted and looked delicious!

Get some bilingual workers. Or bring translator. Lady who took my order didn’t speak English. I think cause of the language barrier she didn’t understand my order, also waited 17 minutes total for pancakes, breakfast sandwich and coffee. This jack in box is always empty. Now I know why. 10 minutes late for work with food I didn’t order. And you think certain fast food workers should get $ 15 an hour. No way !!!

this jack in the box is the best ever. i love coming here. they have very good people woring here with smiles and high engery. i will be coming back.

Been here 3 times b4 work n they managed to mess up n leave out food in my order everytimee… they don’t listen n… definitely done with this place

How can I say this?!? This is the worst Jack in the Box ever!!! They have the worst customer service and attitudes! I ordered two things and they couldn’t get that right. I ordered the new nacho curly fries with bacon on top and a cup of coffee for crying out loud! I simply asked for extra jalapeños mind you they already come on the nacho fries. The manager tells me they have no jalapeños period. I said well then cancel the order and magically they have jalapeños now… He still didn’t get me the extra I asked for… When I checked my food the bacon I asked for was not chopped up instead they just sat two whole strips of bacon on to of the fries! Laziness at it finest! Then I asked for some sour cream and the girl at the drive through gave me a dirty look and said they don’t have that. They never offered me creamer and sugar for my coffee I had to ask for it before the same girl slammed the drive thru window on me. They definitely don’t deserve $ 15.00 an hour treating people that way!

This Jack in the Box is extremely clean and the service is amazing! This is my new favorite Jack in the box.

Somehow, no matter what time of day or night it is, no matter how many people are or aren’t in front of you in the drive thru line, no matter how big or small your order is, this Jack in the Box takes for… ev…er.
Other than that, my order has never been screwed up (not to totally disagree with some of the other reviews here, but I’m just being honest), the prices are the same as every other Jack in the Box and the food is… well…Jack in the Box.
The other Jack in the Box in the area is on Mountain, just past the Wal-​Mart, but that place takes EVEN LONGER THAN THIS ONE. So, if you gotta have Jack in the Box… be prepared to wait.

I never expect much service from a fast food restaurant, but when your only job is to take orders at the drive thru only to ask me for my order again at the window, it makes me question the competence of the employees.

I truly hate this Jack in the Crack! They always screw up our order… and Whoever the owner is is a cheapskate… And there not open late.

BEWARE!!! A while back I went thru the drive thru placed a order and in one of jalapeño cheddar wedges that my son was eating was a blue thumb tack. I called the store right after but no one pick up (around 8 p.m.)
I went a couple of days later and spoke with the owner. He stated that they don’t use thumb tacks in his restaurant and that it could been shipped to like that. I find that hard to believe due to the fact they have to add the cheese and jalapenos and should of seen it then.
I haven’t been back since today. I wouldn’t have gone but it was close and I was starving and didn’t want to travel with my groceries. So I went thru the Jack N the Box drive thru. I home and as I’m eating my Sourdough Jack I notice something sticking out. It was a piece of plastic stuck to the cheese. It was about the size of a 50 cent coin.
Quality of food is hit and miss there. Plus you have to worry about what might be in your food. Lucky we didn’t eat any of there surprises or choked on them. Eat there at your own risk…

I love Jack N The Box but fuck this location my order was messed up 3 times in the drive threw by Olga on the 4^th attempt I said here’s the food I would just like my money back she refused to refund my money I asked to speak to the manager and she replied with No! And that I should know what I fucking want and stop playing games so she threaten me with police presence that if I didn’t leave I would have the cops called me so I waited in my car because I knew I was right in this situation what I didn’t know was that Olga had lied and told Montclair PD that I had threaten to kill her with a gun so I was meeted with a gun pointed in my face yelling at me «where’s the gun» I really hope this gets someone’s attention because I was almost killed for something so petty as a refund I had my car ripped apart my gf put in cuffs and a course they found no gun which I was falsely accused of it was the most embarrassing nerve wrecking thing I’ve ever had to go threw in my life. I was scared for my life after it was all said in done the cops believed me and I was given my money back because of her incompetence to explain her side, look I don’t want free food I want her fired I still haven’t decided weather to take legal action for the stress I had of almost being murdered over 5 $ worth of food

I don’t eat fast food as much anymore but this use to be my to-​go place for tacos. I did have a few bad experiences but decided to keep trying it out — we all gave bad days– and it was much better. Not everyday will be perfect so keep trying.

If less than 1 star was possible they would get it. These ghetto fabulous employees make numerous mistakes and get attitudes when they mess up. They also bad mouth customers after they leave… with other customers within earshot!!! Not the brightest bunch… never coming here again

I hate this place sometimes! Make sure to check your order before leaving this location. They will usually mess up, greedy with their sauces and napkins just like McDonald’s (i still love junkydonalds though) is nowadays and will give you a fugly face if you ask for extra anything. I am a local at this location and ⁵⁄₁₀ times they will get my order wrong (must be their ear piece, ha). It’s a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ when it comes to customer service as I always see different managers being replaced there. No clue as to why. Hmmm… Makes me wonder. Anyway, don’t stop unless you’re really hungry and rushing. Happy eating!

Definitely one of my favorites. & walking distance from my dads hosue, SCORE. Nice layout, always well kept, & they recently remodeled, it looks great. The service staff are always friendly & attentive. One thing I WOULD change though is the speed of the order. Sometiems I’ll come in & I KID YOU NOT, Ill be the only customer there, ill order one chicken sandwhich & it will take 7 minutes. But still, love this particular location! reccommended.

Great place, cheap and delicious food. They make it quick too. I come here quite often. Also breakfast is served all day
