I bought a Honda from here over a year ago and the car still runs great. Originally when I first arrived here, I was greeted by one of the employees. He was very nice and made sure to be as brief and non overwhelming as most dealers try to pester you into a quick buy. The employee allowed me to test drive the car wherever I wanted to go, which was great, and even allowed me to test the power band on some straights. When it came down to making the buy, I did the business end with Mo, who was very nice and approachable. Although he said the paper work would take less then 20mins, I was there for about 45 minutes + which is why I am giving it 4 stars. However Mo was able to keep his word on a replacement battery we had discussed and a solid monthly plan set up. I would do business here again. Make sure you speak with Mo though.

Bought a Scion FR-​S from So Cal a couple months back. Car was super clean well kept for a 2013 FRS test drive was awesome and sales reps were great. I took the night to think about the car and sent in my application to them got a call in the morning about financing options and they got me a GREAT rate on top of the nice car and deal so I went in that night to purchase the car. Magic definitely is a man of his word got me taken care of, couldn’t be happier with the car and dealership. I’ll definitely be back for car #2 thanks!

I came across this place just driving by. I wanted to get a used reliable car with reasonable payments.
From start to finish we were treated with the utmost respect! We test drove several cars and finally decided on a Honda Civic, the car was clean and in great, «like new» condition. The financing was a breeze. Mo, the manager, did everything possible to get approved without changing the down payment amount and he got the payments right where we wanted them. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car.
There were a few minor issues with the car which we discovered the following day. I called Mo and he immediately took care of everything!
When it comes time to buy a car for my son, I will definitely be back! Thank you Mo!

I bought a beautiful Cadillac CTS from this dealership and got a good deal and they were very nice people.
They stuck to what they promised me. Also when I brought the car back to get the new tires that they promised they even gave me a loaner since they had to keep my Caddy all day to get the new rubber mounted up.
I’ve bought a lot of cars in my years and never been treated better.

Stumbling across the very mixed reviews as I come to write mine is pretty off putting but I can agree with some of both the negative and positive things people have said. I Just hope that I don’t run into any weird problems later like some people here did…
Let me start off by saying that I got the exact car that I wanted at almost the exact monthly and down payment that I wanted (Mohammad, the sales director, really worked with me and worked his magic with the bank that gave me the loan. Loved that guy. One of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people there). I walked away very happy, feeling very good about my purchase and, thus far, I love my car and haven’t had any problems with it. Rosario, the sales person, was very nice and it didn’t take too long for me to drive off the lot from the time I came in even though I came in the day before and took care of some of the work and Mohammad worked on the numbers for me when I left that first day. Very grateful for that.
That being said, there were some negatives but none too horrible. Some guy was pretty rude to me on the phone the day I was due to arrive to solidify the deal and pick up the car. I wish I knew who it was. Also, I noticed a little cometic problem with the door trimming and the radio was pushed in and looked broken but Rosario had them both fixed the day I bought the car. Rosario was very nice like I said but she didn’t know the answers to really any of my questions which, I understand she’s pretty new, but there came a point when I felt like she was just making answers up instead of just simply saying she didn’t know. That was the only thing that made me feel a little anxiety but it was small stuff about the car like, I asked her if the charger would still charge my phone if the car was turned off and she just said, «Yeah, it does! Its a 2015.» Turns out… nope, it doesn’t lol. Just small things like that… When it was something big she didn’t know she always went and got the correct information from Mohammad.
This was my very first car buying experience so I though overall it was pretty smooth but my dad bought many cars and was telling me about his experiences. He said that usually they fill up the gas tank (mine was completely on E until I mentioned it to Rosario and she got me $ 20 dollars worth), they usually have the car freshly washed (I asked them to do so and they said they had but they just made it look like they washed it), and my dad said that when he went to pick his car up there was a big red bow on it with his name literally in lights. I had none of that but i really wasn’t upset about it though. It was my dad bringing all of this up lol.
Overall I think that Rosario and Mohammad were great but the business its self could definitely use work. I called up to let Rosario know that I was on my way to pick the car up. I guess she was busy with another customer and the guy on the phone was rude and rushed me off the phone. When we arrived, they didn’t even know where the car was and we were walking all around the lot looking for it. Rosario knew exactly where it was the first day I came and test drove it. My dad just kept comparing this place to dealer where he buys his cars and shaking his head. It has its up and downs I guess but I’m overall pretty happy.

This place is an absolute joke! They have renewed their post for the car that is not available to lure people in them!!! Update!! I called them and specifically told them to make sure there would be no problems with the car because The their location was an hour away! When I got there I could not test drive the car because the car that was blocking it in would not start! After making me wait for 45 minutes the manager comes out and tells me they can’t sell me the car because they sent the title to auction and are reselling it back to the place they got the car from. This place is an absolute joke! Listen to the reviews DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!

Literally the worst dealership in all of CA. Totally took advantage of me from the start. Had my previously owned VW breakdown on me and towed her and was pretty much stuck with purchasing a used cadalliac at full retail value not offered an extended warranty not even a little bit of help on the price. Now my car has thousands of dollars in repairs and they still refuse to help in any way. Seriously with all my heart fuck this place!

I purchased a truck from them. They are crooks. On the deal they padded the deal in a misc column to cover the repairs they had to make. I got 3 differ lent answers to every question. I finally got them to a price we both agree on. Then they wanted to keep my truck for a few repairs. Repairs I think that should have been done before the truck was ready to sell. In my opinion. So the truck was missing the door lock key remote. Instead of buying a gm one they put a crappy keyless entry in it. I’m telling you a real hack job. Then the truck had issues with the lock switch. Took 4 days before I was fed up not having my new truck. The sales man delivered my truck at 10pm after he told me he was on his way at 4 pm. When I got the truck the windshield had a 3″ crack right in the drivers view. It was missing the lock switch and it was on empty. But he claimed he filled it up. Customer service. So I dropped it off 2 weeks later to fix the switches against my own judgment. They answer all the questions with odd answers and won’t give me the lowdown on what’s left to fix it. Give me the run around. Took 4 more days to get it back. Really makes me hate used car sales. So if they have the perfect car that you want then be ready to pay hell with crooked shady jerks. I will never return.

Listen to the reviews this place is a joke… this place is Horrible!!!
I was shopping for a replacement minivan because mine broke down beyond repair. I found the minivan I wanted on Craigs list which led me to this dealership. I had an urgency I needed a vehicle right a way and didn’t have time to really go car shopping. So I made the call and sales rep told the van was super clean no body damage and had all the keys. I was transferred to Magic (financing rep) and given a quote on payments and a reassurance that if I showed up to pick up the car it would be in Super clean condition. So I did the pre approval on line for them and I headed out to pick up my car.
Well guess what the car had a puncture in the rear bumper and dent on the middle of the tail door. On the right side of the body it had scratches both on the rear quarter panel and on the sliding door in addition to all of this they only had 1 key and NO other remotes or keys.
To make this long story short I sat with a rep that goes by Mo who took over for the sales rep (sales rep was obviously new) we negotiated to have the; rear bumper, tail gate and 2 side scratches fixed and 1 new key all for he same Craigs list ad price.
3 days later when I picked up the car the only thing done was the bumper and what was worst and obviously my fault for not paying attention… I also notice on my contract that he actually increased the price by $ 500
These guys are a joke!!!
Even today (12÷28÷15) as a test I called Mo to ask about my key and of course no call back.

I was skeptical at first being that it’s a used car lot but they exceeded my expectations by farrrrrrrrr! Not only was the service amazing but the staff is exceedingly friendly! I was welcomed from the minute I walked on the lot & constantly checked on throughout my time there! Everything was done in a timely manner & made purchasing a car delightful! I’ve sent over many friends whom were also beyond satisfied with their purchases!

I visited SoCal Auto yesterday, Tuesday November 2^nd to look at Chevy Tahoe they were selling. I test drove the car and noticed that the radio, Air Bag Light was on. This was on top of the fact that the SUV need a new battery. After test driving the truck, Victor introduced me to Magic the manager to negotiate price. I was quoted the price which included the above mentioned items that needed to be replaced or fixed.
Today, I called about the Tahoe. I was told by Magic to my surprise and disbielf that the price did not include the repair and fixed items. Magic stated that he was not present when those items were discussed with Victory.
This is a complete LIE. Magic is a LIAR.
I read some of the reviews before I went to the dealership. I disconnected the reviews because I felt that they could not do some of things reported and stay in the business. Well, the reviews are correct.
If you want someone to LIE, Misrepresent, TWIST, DECEIVE, Manipulate. Magic equals NO Integrity.
BEWARE, purchase a car at your own RISK. You will BE SORRY!!! They just have BAD business practices. Again, why buy some thing from someone that will cheat you. They is NO honor among thieves. They will steal from you if they get a chance.

Came here yesterday and saw Magic the owner of so cal motors and had a great experience. I came in hesitant thinking I couldn’t get anything with my credit but magic made it happen! He gave me a great deal and tried his best to get me low interest on something I would love driving. My car has manufacture guarantee and car looks pretty much brand new!!! I LOOOVE my 2013 VW Jetta!!! The way it looks and drives and especially the deal got on it! Thanks so much so cal motors and magic for excellent customer service. Showing /​test driving cars in 108 degree weather and giving me and my boyfriend water! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. You will definitely be in good hands here!!!

After going to over 15 dealerships I finally found the best one yet. Great service and amazing deals. Mohammad really did everything he could to get my monthly payment as low as possible. They answered all of our questions with ease and simplicity. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for honest priced cars.

Small used car dealerships usually get a bad rep but I can honestly say that I am happy with my purchase. The finance manager, I think his name was Joe, got me a great deal and although they didn’t drop their advertised price, he worked with me on the extended warranties I wanted and extras. My sales person and the finance manager even stayed after hours to get all my paperwork finished up. I’ve been enjoying my car for several weeks now and Im happy with the whole experience.

I purchased a used Subaru Impreza here and I love my car! And the sales associate who helped us was very sweet. The reason I’m only giving two stars, I will list below.
1. When we wanted to purchase the car on credit (so we could get cash back bonuses through CC company) they wanted to charge us something ridiculous, like $ 500, to run the credit card because that’s what they’re charged. Thought it was very unprofessional.
2. Next they wouldn’t mail me my keys and registration. They had me drive 1.5 hours to their location to pick them up.
3. I noticed my bumper kept popping up and was easily popped back in. I asked if I could have someone look at it while I was there and they said I had to call back later and talk to the head body shop guy. Forgot what she called him. Why would I call back later when I cold just pull it around back and have someone take a look at it. It would take 5 minutes.
4. When I came in to pick up my registration, they said I owed them $ 23 because the registration was just an estimate when I paid initially. Ugh why didn’t they say that when I bought the car?
Basically it’s just a lot of little things that I’m bothered about. Nothing too major. Just thought I would leave my thoughts so people can be aware. My car works great though! Quality car:)

I don’t know what to begin with. On May
27^th I took a look at a C300 2008 I was told that the brakes were changed in the beginning of May. I approached with a negotiating style because I was serious about this car they didn’t wanna go down a single dime with the price. They told me it had brand new brakes. I expected when you buy a car from an auction as a dealer you would assume they would service what is needed or even check the main safety stuff. In less than 3 months of ownership when I had to do a simple oil change the front brakes & sport rotors had to be changed costed me about 480 $ with labor. Plus the mechanism of the screen needs fixing because the iPod connecter & buttons on the steering wheel doesn’t work no more. Also he did not even change filters that were completely dirty or the dry windshield wipers that weren’t working as they should. Im sorry but these small things that would cost tens of dollars you would expect them to change but then again all they do is make the car look nice & shiny on the outside & needs a lot of maintenance that is hidden underneath the car. Think twice before you buy a car from these shady people! Please see the attached photos as proof. We’re talking about safety people! I’m buying a Mercedes Benz not a Nissan Altima! You would think that you’re getting a good deal but wait after you buy it and see how much you’re gunna spend on maintenance! I tried to reach & spoke with Steve the manager/​owner and he was trying to ignore me & transfer me to his secretary.

I purchased a car recently from this dealership. I first worked with Edmond who was an amazing person. He seems so down to earth and honest– and this was only talking to him on the phone. When I met him in person, he made me very comfortable. So I decided I do business with them.
A little background– I have never bought a used car before bc I don’t like he hassle of people lying to me. But I trusted Edmond more than I trusted anyone. Everyone seemed very kind. Magic — I guess he was the owner and manager was a yes man and almost made me feel like I was gonna get suckered into a deal but it worked out nicely.
There was some minor issues with the car that I had fixed from the maintenance guy– Ray and he was very nice. He even offered to put the license plates and tags on my car while he fixed it and I had no problem coming back in a few days. The only problem was hat when I got back I had no tags for my car. This is where things got ugly. I called and spoke to the «women» that worked tree and apparently the one (who shall remain nameless — if u met her I’m sure u would know exactly who I am talking about) said that it is impossible that losing my tags after I picked them up and left them in the glove box for ray to put them on was unheard of ! She kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain and her assistant hung up on me. I have recommended 3 people there and have retracted my referrals to go to costco or vons credit union because of her. She basically called me a liar and she makes the entire company look bad!
I gave this 2 stars because Edmond deserves to be mentioned but a 2 is overall because this lady (who I am sure is a relative will never be fired but should be) will never leave and will discourage others from purchasing cars.

We found a great car on their website. Got in touch with someone through e-​mail and set up a date to drive 45 minutes to go see the car. When we showed up Victor approached us and said HE was going to help us I asked him where Irvin was because that was who we spoked to via e-​mail, he looked at me and said he’s not here. We found the car that we found in the Internet and proceeded to ask questions about it Victor the sales man knew very little about the Dodge Charger. I pointed out cosmetic and paint damage he than ensured that that was normal. We then proceeded to their «office» one giant room with a few desk and a reception area we sat down at a desk right next to another gentleman who was in the process of buying a car we were so close to him that I now know his work history and social security number, very unprofessional. Victor asked about our income I stated my monthly income, he then said that was impossible if I make minimum wage. I never told him what my wage was, so he assumed I made minimum wage and looked very surprised when I showed him my pay stub. After we have him out info and he went back to try and get our loan approved he returned and gave us a horrible offer, given that my credit is NOT THE BEST I know from experience that ALL sales person will try to get you the best deal possible. Victor our sales man, did not! One offer, one price and that was it.
The car was advertised at 17,777
And he returned with a final price of 23,00
Not sure how it increased so much.
So after an hour drive and an hour searching and 10 minute loan process
We left with no car, no loan and point marked off on our credit for him running it.
Long story short
DONT GO TO VICTOR
They have nice cars
Maybe you’ll have better luck with some other sales person.

Friendly people. I stumbled across a car i was looking for on auto-​trader and found the one i liked at So Cal. Got there and took it for a test drive within minutes. Ended up getting a pretty good deal. It was a good experience and would recommend them.
