Had lots of work done there, from custom logos on Aprons to flyers and business cards. They did a great quality job every time and at an unbeatable price. Dean, the young guy who runs the place, personally makes sure the customer is always 100% satisfied. He even had his team work overnight for one of our jobs just so we can make it on time for a trade show the next morning. Now if that’s not dedication to one’s business, I don’t know what is. It’s not easy to build a business from scratch but he sure is on his way to success. Keep up the good work, Dean and the AGNS team!

This was my first time ever getting shirts made and dean gave me a great deal on each shirt. He said the design could be done & would only take about 2 weeks. I needed them by a certain deadline for a school event. My only problem was I didn’t get the shirts the day it was promised. I had to bug and bug to get my shirts delivered to my house & that was only half the order. The other half was delivered to my school (I ordered about 176) I felt it was very in professional how my calls were not answered & text msg were Being avoided. Bright side the shirts came out very nice & I got positive feedback on my peers. If I were to go back i would make sure to go month in advance that way I would get my shirts by the time I need them; to avoid last minute complications.

Idk haven’t delt with them yet seems like a very good set up inside but I’ve tried going 3 different times and there always closed I ring there door bell and call them and no answer at all, and I do go during business times like I went today at 6pm and yup all lights on but no one answered I’ll just keep trying I see the work they have inside looks real good, but I can’t get work done there o well I’ll try once more if no answer again I’ll just look some were else

So far I have only ordered business cards from them and I am very impressed with the quality and the customer service I have received so far. We are located in Houston so all the communication took place via email or phone call.
Although we did have a misunderstanding as to the approval of the proofs but that was mostly because my iphone did not show the images. However, we worked it out.
I am surprised to see the negative reviews on here. But I see that it has a lot to do with tshirt printing. I do appreciate that they did own up to their mistakes and are willing to make it up. I’ve had terrible experiences with other print companies and I would have LOVED it, if they owned up to it.
We are placing orders for different projects we have coming up. I am hoping that the quality of product and customer service stays at the high level that it is now.

I came in contact with this shop through a mutual business contact.
I had no problem with the work. I asked for a specific design and it was done to the point. The owner is a young but has his act together. He also offered me a DISCOUNT from what was originally marked which is always great in my book!!!

This company is highly unprofessional.
After a detailed description of what I needed I went there in person, discussed the design. I left cash and t-Shirts and was assured that the design was no problem. I was waiting for a call on the final quote. I was never called. Many calls later, he finally told me he couldn’t do it. I must assume he was avoiding me — my call was only answered calling from a different number.
It has been about 3 month and I yet have to get my material and money back. The whole interaction with them was aggravating and a waste of money and time.

I had a very bad experience with them. They are not professional what so ever. I was very disappointed with their services. They did not have my shirts ready on time, i was stressing out because the shirts were not ready 4 days after he promised they were going to be ready. Service was very poor and the quality of the shirts were bad. I would never use them again. I have made sure to tell any other person i know about my bad experience.
