Laura the Hearing Aid Specialist was kind and compassionate to my 90 year old Dad. She went out of her way to clean the ear wax out of his ears, to train me to fit the hearing aids into his ears, and to coach me in getting the freshest batteries for his hearing aids. She is a professional, and I am happy that my Dad is her customer!

Took my grandma to pick up her hearing aids and i must say the people here were really nice and super friendly. They explained everything to my grandma and helped her get adjusted to her hearing aids. Usually most ppl look at a senior citizen and treat them like they dont understand anything and they are just slow, and the person who was with my grandma took her time. I hope when im older and start needing hearing aids, this place is still around.
