Established in 1983.

Our store opened in 1983 designing theme parties, balloons & costumes. One of the first to create using variable mediums and textures balloons, lights, fabric and fresh flowers

First time coming to this store and the ambience was great! Met the owner and she was a sweetheart… even offered me a snack she had for her staff. Good items at great prices compared to other stores. Will definitely be coming back!

I’m so dissatisfied with their customer service that I’m sitting in their parking lot writing this review. Initially I went in to buy some face paints for an event. We ended up not using them, and I called the store ahead of time to do an exchange. The lady on the other end said I could do an exchange, but no returns. Totally fine, I needed two different colors for a football game. I went into the store, found the two colors I needed and went up to the register to do the exchange. The lady called the store owner to discuss the exchange and something with the register, and then the owner told her they don’t do exchanges on cream based paints bc they could have been left in the car. It was CLEAR these were not left in the car. No beads of sweat, no runny paint, no distortion, nothing. They were also unused. The lady got off the phone and apologetically said she was wrong about the exchange and couldn’t do it. Since I had absolutely no need for the colors I originally bought, I left them there, which they’ll probably resell. Keep an eye out, it’s a gold colored Ben nye cream based pot and then a TESTER, yes tester paint they sold me in a neutral skin tone. What horrible customer service. If you are wrong, you should make an exception. But the owner was clearly uncaring about it as I could hear her on the phone saying «why does she want to change the colors? What’s the problem?» Obviously this lady doesn’t care about lasting impressions on customers. Now I’m out $ 18 and will be taking my business elsewhere. Some people don’t get simple customer service business models. Clearly Heavenly Choice (whatever their name means), doesn’t.

This store isn’t for a huge crowd or the close minded! This store is for the people who are creative & unique. This store carries all types of makeup like Ben Nye & Mehron. The makeup classes are so much fun!

Wanted to buy my mom a flower arrangement and came upon Heavenly Choice… They are more than just a flower shop… They have fantastic roses, unique stuffed animals… they even made a custom ballon for my mom

They are extremely uptight, they are rude. the bartender pushed my brother because my brother was serving beers from the bar to guest. It was 11:15, contract says until 11:30. He also screamed profanities at my brother. Please note my brother was not drunk like they claimed he was. (Someone took video). The bartender is a tall aggressive guy. I regret not calling the police now. Bartender got lucky my brother insisted to let it go, bartender doesn’t know I have a private lawyer on speed dial.
My dad caught the bartender guy sneaking out 3 boxes of 36 can of beer towards the van. Bartender said «oh usually we take the extras with us». (Attempt to steal from me).
My dad opened the bar which was shut close and noticed the bartender had hidden multiple bottles of Moët, grey goose, and wine, champagne cups hidden in there (once again attempt to steal from me).
My band was not finished playing until midnight. Contract says everyone needs to be out of the building by 12:30. My guest were out by 12:30 but since we were still picking up our stuff we were charged an additional 250. 00 for another hour .
add ons, bartender that pushes and threatens guest,. They will squeeze every penny for any thing they can think of.
Lesson: if it’s too good to be true, it is.

I finally shopped here and I have to admit I like this store, they have a variety of things and they have Ben nye makeup The owner Denise is very nice and helpful. They have some free classes here as well which is a plus, I haven’t tried them but I am planning on starting.

I really love supporting local businesses so I wanted to give this place a try. They have all kinds of merchandise here. It’s all over the place! From bachelorette party, wedding, adult entertainment… etc. Great, friendly customer service, but dated merchandise. Even though I know she meant well, I felt pressured to purchase stuff. I like to shop at my own pace and she kept handing me items that I wasn’t interested in. I was looking for bachelorette party supply for my sister. But I was disappointed I didn’t find anything. Not everyone wants penis/​raunchy merchandise, oh well :(

I have been coming to this place off and on for the last 25 years. It’s a great store to shop for a variety of things. Birthday parties, gifts, husband’s/wives and boyfriend’s /girlfriend’s. Perfect for Bachelorette party planning, special nights, etc. But the best part is Denise! She is awesome and very easy to talk and joke with. I got the help i needed! The staff was helpful and just all around nice and the store sold a little bit of everything. I went in to find a mask after looking through most of the party supply stores around montebello and couldn’t find what i was looking for. Upon entering i was greeted and they were kind enough to order a mask online for me and have it delivered to the store in time for my masquerade formal. It really is an odd store but it’s definitely a hidden gem!

We were planning a 1st and only Grand Reunion for Maryknoll Grammar School for 500 guests at Quiet Cannon and needed floral arrangements for 50 tables. Denise gave us expert advice taking into account our Asian heritage. Orchids were provided, and Denise procured a variety of lovely greens and eye-​catching (but not garish) containers that looked like intricately painted ceramic vases. Denise’ design samples were both creative and beautifully elegant. Her team assembled identical arrangements and delivered them without a hitch. We had high expectations based on what Denise had told us from day one, and she exceeded them from a standpoint of beauty and value. The floral arrangements were a hit. We couldn’t have been happier or more grateful. This was truly a Heavenly Choice.

Came in today looking for Mehron face paints. I was so amazed at the amount of knowledge the store owner has about face paint makeup. She really helped me and gave me a lot of great tips. She also sells Ben nye products, which is what I bought for face paint. If you are in need of great face paint and someone to teach you how to apply it this is the place to go! She also gives FREE make up classes on how to face paint and latex! I don’t know of any places like this in the San Gabriel Valley, it’s seriously a hidden gem. I’m really happy for my visit today and I will definitely return.

Heavenly choice is such a great place to go especially if you’re looking for good face paint! The staff was helpful and they also offer classes for us first timers learning how to do face paint. I will definitely be back there!
