Janet R Staples

As far back as I can remember I’ve always dreamed of having a personal one on one relationship with my physician. After having many issues with my old HMO Kaiser and with the advice of a good friend I made the switch to Aetna and picked Dr. Staples as my new doctor. My dream finally came true with Dr. Staples, she’s been an incredible doctor and her staff is beyond fantastic.
My first appointment was a physical, the most thorough physical I’ve had. I was called back into the office about a week later and Dr. Staples went over each part of my physical and expressed concern with certain parts of my health. I ended up having to take medication for a minor health issue and every appointment I’ve had since that initial physical Dr. Staples still checks on my original issue and follows up with continued blood tests to insure my medication is working — for me that’s going above and beyond as a doctor. I was so used to just being another number in the doctors office but at Dr. Staples office that is not the case.
Mr. Estrada, the Physician’s Assistant at Dr. Staples office, is beyond fantastic as well. The few times I’ve seen Mr. Estrada he’s friendly and easy to talk to. He makes you feel like you’re a member of his family and he makes sure that all your questions are answered before you leave.
Dr. Staples office staff are great as well. Everyone in this office is great, friendly and patient.
If you’re looking for a new primary care physician I highly recommend Dr. Janet Staples and her fantastic medical staff!
