5 stars because of Roxie! She’s great and knows the true meaning of great customer service. My wife and I keep going back because of her. You can see that she’s well liked and gets repeated customers because she’s always busy when you go. Thanks Roxie! We know we can count on you to make special occasions even more special.

Came in about a week ago my boyfriend and I were helped by Jonathan came back today. His service was excellent we felt comfortable and could tell he was genuine. We definitely recommend coming to this Kay jewelers to anybody that’s looking for great customer service and a relaxed no rush atmosphere thank you Jonathan.

My fiancée and I came to pick out wedding bands today and were extremely disappointed w/​the service. Usually the service is good as long as its not crowded however today the gentleman who was assisting us was in a big hurry and kept asking us «So what do you want to do?» and kept looking at his watch. Really made us feel uncomfortable and we never even got his name. The only reason we ended up buying the rings was because our wedding is in 2 weeks. Next time we will go to they’re West Covina location.

I’ve been coming to this location for many of years since I conveniently live in the area. I have not always experienced the best customer service when it came to the employees here. Nevertheless when I was first assisted, by the employee of the name of” Roxy «, I can not explain the joy I have to continue revisiting this location. I refuse to visit unless I am assisted with great customer service such as hers. Roxy has great customer service skills. She communicates with her customers in a professional yet warm kind of way to make the customer feel confident and comfortable in making choices when buying gifts for their loved ones. I always feel confident coming here and knowing that I will find the perfect gift for a loved one and even for myself. She has all the answers to all of my questions and always looks for solutions or offers suggestions that accompany my ideas. If every employee can be trained with skills almost as good as hers then I’m sure this company can grow and their expectations of satisfied customers will only emerge outrageously. Great job Roxy !

Just came from picking up a re-​sized ring. Ring is fine. The employee on the other hand, Xiomara, where do I start? I don’t usually write negative or bad reviews because I understand shit happens, I worked retail for over 8 years. With that being said I am extremely disappointed in the way she didn’t acknowledge her mistake & tried to tell me she did what I asked of her. I had originally pointed out the mistake had been done in the past & kindly requested she be careful with my paperwork & she still did it! Then when I pointed it out to her she said that’s what I had asked for. Umm. I asked you to make that mistake again?. Acknowledge you made a mistake, apologize & try to fix it. Instead she said «it doesn’t matter»… Well Xiomara, it matters to ME! I was also going to make a purchase today but needless to say I did not & I don’t know that I will at this location. P. S. mistake from the past had also been done by another rude female. Hope for better luck with the gentlemen!

This location is outstanding! They always are staffed with incredibly helpful and knowledgable associates. I bought my soon to be wife’s engagement and weddings bands through Kay and the experience was over the top! If you’re lucky enough to be helped by Roxy, you are definitely in good hands! Roxy knows her stuff and was so helpful! She went above and beyond to help and call me personally to resolve a size issue. The kind of care and concern Roxy puts into her customer service is rarely found in the retail world these days. Her helpfulness and attention to detail made this purchase and total experience a positive and memorable one! I will definitely be seeing Roxy again the next time I need to surprise the Mrs with something special! Thank you Kay and extra props to Roxy! Five stars all around!

I had my ring re-​sized about a month ago. It came back with a few marks on the band. I spoke with the Manager who was very friendly and helpful. She took the ring back and it was returned back like new within less than a week. I recommend this place!
