Okay im updating my review :
I had a terrible experience. Awful. The worst. NEVER GOING BACK.
So I go in for an $ 8 manicure and tell the woman «I’m getting an $ 8 manicure» but she still shows me stuff that are more expensive (in terms of nail polish and base gel) and DOESN’T TELL ME IT’S MORE EXPENSIVE. so here I am picking from colors that are out of my $ 8 price range and at the end of my manicure she charges me $ 22.
I refuse to pay. She starts getting bitchy, says that I need to pay and that I asked for the expensive things. first of all, you need to clarify what is more expensive and what is in my price range. I didn’t know that I was being showed things out of my price range.
I made a scene and still they did not sympathize or own up to their mistakes. I was so embarrassed so I paid. I recommend nobody to go to this location unless you want to mistreated and charged incorrectly and like bad business practice.
F*ck this place. I wish I can give less than one star!

Everyone here is great at what the do however I always prefer Cindy, she is great with the manicures.

I used to go to Vana while she was at Top Line Nails and then when she moved to another location in Montebello. I stopped going to her because every single time I made an appointment she would always have someone sitting in her chair. I stopped going to her because I got tired of waiting for at least 45 minutes to be seen. Years later I decided to give her a chance again. I found out she opened this salon and started going to her. Well on my 2^nd appointment I arrived on time and yup she was starting to work on someone. I waited because I had driven pretty far to get my nails done. And now today I made my appointment early this morning and when I arrived she was starting a full set. I gave it a few minutes to see if she would tell her client «my appointment is here» but instead she told me to wait 45 minutes. I am DONE!!! Never again! Oh and also I hate to put her on blast like this but everyone should know, the last time I took my daughter to get her manicure there she saw the Co-​Owner scratching the bottom of his feet and picking skin off his feet while he waited for his client to return from using the restroom. That is disgusting!

I work in Montebello and was pressured on time to schedule a mani/​pedi so i checked this place out. I scheduled an appointment for 12:15 for a pedi/​mani and ended up arriving earlier than expected so they took me right in. Pretty cool I thought… Until they literally rushed me in, I didn’t even get to pick my color. They just sat me down the pedicure chair and asked what colors I wanted. I usually spend about a few min selecting my color, however, here they asked and brought some gel colors for me. I found this to be pushy and uncomfortable. They then showed me the manicure/​pedicure tools to reassure me that everything was in fact sterilized, which was reassuring.
My gel manicurist who was a male began working on my hands. I requested a gel manicure. He cut me twice. And shortened my nail when I specifically said only file. Another thing, the nails lasted ONE day. I was in a wedding that Saturday and the gel nail polish was coming off on 2 nails! Very disappointed. The quality of nails polish and the work itself convinced me that I will never come back here. :(so sad.

My first time at this place and the wait time was okay, I went on a Friday so they were pretty busy. They let you know that their tools are sterile so that’s nice.
My manicure could have been better, it was a bit messy and my natural nail broke that night, so I was so disappointed. My pedicure was awful and my feet don’t feel as soft.
I honestly won’t go back unless my regular go to spot is super busy
An Update, it has only been 3 days and the gel is already peeling. I don’t recommend this place. Especially since all the workers are all over the place and seem to be in a hurry, that is probably why my nails came out awful :-(

I’ve been here before to get a pedicure but today I actually got my nails (full set) pedicure and a pedicure for my seven year old they also polished her finger nails when she told me the totally I was really surprised 65 dollars for everything let me remind you my daughter is seven she doesn’t have dead skin and all that
She told me my nails would be 25 so does that mean both mine and my seven year olds pedicure was 20 dollars? I just think that’s a little over priced over all I really like the shape and everything of my nails

I always get my nails done here. I’ve been coming g here foe years and also my son since he gets ingrown nails all the time. Vanna takes care of him and she does a great job. Maggie is great also, she does my nails too and for pedicure Anna. Those are the only 3 girls I always go too. The service is great but there’s a girl who I don’t know her name but she’s the only chubby one. Which she’s rude because once she did her nails on me and I didn’t like it. And I always see her doing little girls nails. Maybe that’s why. Other than that. They all great! Highly recommend it

I have been with Tom for years since he was in another salon in Pico Rivera. Now I am hooked on Cindy for my pedi she does great design’s. Very clean and chill Vanna is a sweetheart but I love Cindy. I highly recommend.

Went to this place because I saw it when I was doing laundry. Wasn’t expecting much but boy was I wrong. The guy that did my nails took his time and made conversation. Although they were busy I did not feel rushed at all. He listened to all my request (natural, short, etc) the lady that did my gel polish also took her time and made sure to clean up around the edges. Would recommend it to anyone! Very inexpensive as well so I left a good tip! Will be coming back for my fill!

I give them one star just because the guy was friendly & liked the fact that they took me in 30 minutes before closing. I Asked the price of a full set & told $ 17 and charged $ 35 at time of paying. I don’t mind paying $ 35 for a good set but I was cut several times & the quality of the product is so cheap & noticeable. 2 days after they started lifting at the cuticle now not even a week old and they look like a typical 3 week old set for me. I asked the guy to make sure they weren’t wide and said he understood although they are wide and ugly! Another lady finished the job because he had an emergency & you can see she noticed what a horrible job he had done Yet still over charged me I guess she charged me once for her service and once for his. I went for a pedi to a different place the next day and they offered me a fill thinking they were old nails!!! I would NOT recommend this place.

Great experience ! I love my pedicure it was very clean and implements are sanitized! I love how Kim did my pedicure! I found my new nail place & lady thank you kim

Don’t bother wasting your time and money! Horrible job and super slow service. They had me sitting with my feet soaking in water for 30 min before they even touched me and then when the lady who I think is the owner did my hands she was on personal business the whole time! She was starting and stopping, on the phone (her cell) and walking around talking. I will never go to this place again. And then when I called for directions the lady that answered spoke no English and was getting g mad and gave the phone to a man who didn’t understand much English. My nails chipped after 1 day! One day and they were ruined! Yeah I didn’t get gel but other places last longer! My mom and I were very unhappy!

Love this nails salon so clean and the ladie work very good and friendly too. Ps will come again

I heard about this place from my nurse at the cancer center, since I have to be careful she recommended to go here and I was so impressed Lynn did amazing on my nails and my pedi was so relaxing, everything is sterilized and I love that they have kid sized pedi chairs my daughter was excited, I recommend this place especially if you have cancer it’s safe.

Terrible customer service hate how they speak among themselves in their language. One of them did my toes that was ok and when they where going to start on my hands they started talking in their language and laughing. So she takes off and starts doing someone’s else pedicure. I’m like okkkk… I waited for like 40 mins and finally someone started nasty attitude she did my nails and she did horribly! Think acrylic they look lumpy really thick!!! When I showed her what she did she started composing in her language so when she charged me I did not tip both of them and they both started talking in their language PLEASE DONT GO THERE charged me $ 42 dollars for horrible nails

Allll… righty then. So yes I’m a dude and went to this place with my homegirl. I was deffinetly not looking forward to waiting for hours on end mind you never EVER thought of getting anything done… well my friend my cherry has been popped! I am no longer a virgin to getting nails did. Oddly soothing, I went all out did the mani, pedí Thing and whilst I was getting massaged from the chair they put this sea salt thingy on my legs and dang they shiny and soft. It was pretty dope. They also had total recall playing, pretty cool. I’m not gonna lie I was shutting bricks when they started messing with my feet and I’m terribly ticklish so I gave everyone a good show… all laughin at me. I couldn’t help but join in. Can’t wait to go back ;)

My favorite place since forrrevver. I’ve known Vanna and Lynn for almost 4 ½ years now– from when they were at another nail salon.
Vanna opened up Magic Nails And Spa almost 2 years ago and so many of her clients have came this way.
Cynthia takes her time with my pedicures so I don’t mind driving 25 minutes (sometimes 40 in traffic). Pedi! Pedi! Pedi! *fist pumping and dancing right now! My toes always look on point! :)
To the new ladies; They don’t try to up sell services and don’t have 4 «different» types of pedicures. They also have the cutest and most comfortable spa chairs for the little ones.
Need a facial? Go to Lynn — you will walk out with sparkly, fresh, and deep facially cleaned skin! Blackheads: whiteheads: pimples… She will handle that.
… Ps Vannas brother Tom drops in randomly, but mostly Sundays is when you can catch him! My acrylics would stay on for 3 weeks sometimes and still look beautiful.

I love love love this nail place but recently now I got my nails done n the acrylic is so bad it chips off so fast to the point were I will sit down n take every peace of nail off very disappointed my nails r only 1week already so far but for a pedicure n manicure u must go to Cindy
