3 weeks ago i was involved in a hit and run that left me completely at a loss and upset. Never have gone through this I went straight to my state farm agent. Mandy and Jennifer patiently listened and were compassionate. They cared about my well being first and was able to provide me guidance on next steps. They’re caring attitude made me feel supported and that i was in good hands. They made me feel truly supported and taken care of. Just like family.
I would not have gotten through this without them. Thank you Mark, Mandy, and Jennifer for always being there. Thank you statefarm for always putting your customers first.

Thank You my Man Mark for taking care of our business policy with State Farm. Excellent Customer service, Excellent Rates. Our Hartford policy did not cover much and cost more compared to the policy offered by State Farm from Mark. We took Mark’s advice to go with State Farm and switched. I’ve been with State Farm for about 5 years and I’m a happy customer. Alma has always been very professional and has provided excellent customer service. From time to time my company needs proof of insurance and Alma is always on top of it. I seen her for the second time since I signed up with State Farm but have spoke with her over the phone and worked with her via email and I can say she’s now more than just an agent I deal with she’s now a good friend.

Mark is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It’s comforting to know that he’s always watching out for your best interest.
I’ve been with this insurance company since before Mark took over. State Farm offered me to switch to a Chinese speaking agent, but I insisted to stay with Mark. He is always ready to help and cares about his clients. Years ago, we had a situation where we were displaced and incurred damage to our property. When we needed to file a claim, we were randomly assigned to an adjuster who was not very helpful. When I turned to Mark, he asked to get back to me. When he did, less than an hour later, he had the district manager on the line and managed to get our case reassigned. Recently, we had a minor vehicle accident. Immediately following my e-​mail, Mark called me and made a phone appointment with me where he personally guided me through to file the claim.
I really appreciate having Mark on my side when I needed him. His service is top notch, and what a relief to know that I can count on him! Thank you, Mark!

I’ve been a very happy State Farm client for the past 3 – 4 years. I’m so glad that I switched over. Mark is always responsive and professional. He also takes the time to explain and go over my insurance policies with me. I bought additional insurance policies with him last year when I purchased my home.
