I’ve never been to a McDonald’s with the worst customer service ever. It isn’t worth coming here. I had two orders and on both they messed up. Waited 20 mins for my second order and it was just sitting there. Need better staff.

Without a doubt the worst mcdonalds around. Absolutely the worst management. I spent 12 minutes in the drive thru behind 2 cars for an order of fries. why? because the idiot working the window didn’t think to tell the 1st car to pull over and wait for their food instead of holding up the line. Then I get my fries and the ones on the top are cold and hard because they’ve been sitting at the window waiting. They went in the trash. I’ve been here 8 times in the past 2 months and regardless of wether there is 1 car, more cars, or no cars, the wait time is ridiculous. No other McDonald’s has this problem or the vastly varying quality of food. Wtf?! It’s a crap shoot as to wether or not the food will be fresh or not, cold or hot, and edible or not. It’s a franchise! All you have to do is microwave and fry food! No other location has so much difficulty in such a simple operation! I don’t eat fast food very often but I do stop in for fries and soda often. And occasionally a burger. In the past month I’ve visited other McDonald’s nearby and none of them have had this poor of service or as bad a food quality. Get your act together. It’s really not that hard. Maybe they’re in need of some management training?

Soggy fries, mozzarella sticks that had zero cheese in them, and they gave me BBQ sauce instead of sweet and sour for my nuggets. Three strikes and you’re out. This McDonald’s sucks and the kids who work there need a better manager.

Bad customer service. The managers or supervisors dont do anything nor the branch manager. Its like they working together against complaints since they not being suit or find or in the news were it becomes a bigger problems to the bad services and management against paying customers that don’t say anything to prevent bad. It don’t matter who’s in charge there’s always cameras where moneys at. What more evidenced do they need for action.

I came here last night with friends around 1:00 in the morning. I know it may be pretty late but Mcdonalds is still open and they should be able to take your order correctly. We ordered our food and went to the window. I have heard that the people speaking on the mic at the drive thrus are getting outsourced to places like India. I couldnt even understand the guy and he kept on repeating what i have said. I remember ordering a complete meal, a number 3 and when i pull up it wasnt there. I had to drive in again and i never saw the person talking on the mic so i can have a discussion about the order i placed. So they made me end up paying for a complete number 3 meal and two extra drinks. I should have asked to see the person talking on the mic but i did not see him at all. McDonalds has messed up my order plenty of times and its ridiculous. They’re not even kids. We have full grown adults that can’t even take an order correctly amd successfully carry it out to the customer.

This McDonald’s is pretty much on point before 11pm. But whenever I come in for a late night burger I’m consistently disappointed. You can tell that the food has been sitting out for a while, and if you ask for a burger with no pickles they simply open the wrapping and pull the pickle out because you can see the imprint in the cheeseburger!!! The fries have that«old» taste and are not quite hot. Tonight has been by far the worst, my McNuggets were TERRIBLE. They were shriveled and dry. The only thing the workers got right was the SAUCE. I mean seriously. Is this about time because I get it, it’s late. I’ll wait. I would park if the food was fresh, but considering there was a line and the food was this bad I don’t know what was up. I’ve worked in a drive through before. These workers do not care. And while I know that McDonald’s isn’t gourmet, I expect something edible. But like I said, breakfast, lunch and dinner are always as they should be. It’s that whole«fourth meal» they can’t seem to master. This is the last time I go at this hour. This location should close at 11 because they aren’t really serving anything good at this hour. But maybe the management doesn’t know. I’m usually too tired to go back when it’s 1am and I’ve been rocking out at a concert!

Where do I begin they had me waiting five minutes on drive-through without even taking my order I had to drive to the window for a soda so then I ended up adding fries they give me rock hard fries so I had to drive back it was a bad experience that’s way stop coming here but again I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back and still left mad! Bad customer service they always miss something on my order or they always run out of something all I come for is soda or fries for my kid and they still messed it up! Just got another«fresh» new fries n it was the same thing!!! I should have just gotten my money back! How hard is it to cook fries if they cook longer they get hard! Cooking 101

Justine. Is very rude I was there this morning before 11am. The line inside was out of control. Nobody knew where the line began. Myself and another customer asked Justine. Where the line started. With an attitude. She said«I don’t know. Don’t ask me!» Very rudely. Like we had to figure it out on our own!!! I understand they were busy. But u know what??? I would rather have good customer service and wait 30 mins for my food!(for my child). Then have the employees be rude as fk! And have my food in 5mins. Jennifer was not very friendly either. Nobody had a smile or was friendly at all! Nobody gave two shits about the customers or helping them! This isn’t the first time Justine was being very rude and inattentive to the customers. I will never go back because of that young girl! This McDonald’s needs new employees!!! I would give this place 0 stars but I have to give it at least 1 to post and let everyone know about this place!

What’s so hard about a milk shake? Ordered thru the drive thru and it wasn’t ready by the time I got to the window for pick! Was the milk shake master on break? I don’t get!!! 10 min later some broad comes walking out with it and doesn’t even apologize or anything! And these folks want to get $ 15 and hr?!! Seriously?! Can’t even do the simplest of tasks!

The worst egg white Mc muffin … Would the employee who put this together eat this ??? I doubt it … How can you serve something that looks like this? I was disgusted. The drive thru with the midnight menu the worst … On 7÷18÷15 at 1:05 am the muffin was double burnt … The egg white shrank to half the size … You couldn’t tell what it was … And where was the ham? Where was the cheese? Completely left out … And they charge over $ 3.00 for this … I took a picture of this to show the manager of the store the next day … Please contact for the photo. You won’t believe it … OMG.

There seems to be an awful lot of ppl who hate this location. It’s my first time here and service is pretty mediocre. Nothing to complain about yet nothing that wowed me either. I solely came here after hearing that they’re one of the few locations that offer the new«build your burger» menu. Particularly, I was here for the pico de gallo guacamole burger. First off, you can choose between artisan, sesame, & regular bun. Then, your meat choice of beef, grilled/crispy chicken. And finally to top everything off, the condiments included are ranch, pico de gallo, avocado, and cheddar Swiss cheese. Perhaps I was hungry but the burger was a-mazing *_* DO get it with the artisan bread, it does not fail! Besides the avocado option, there were two more build your own burger options available as well as some salads and wraps. If you’re a fan of bacon, there’s an option for that too. Lots of fun new introductions being tested out here. However, the new options are pricier than most of the other burgers. At $ 4.85 just for the burger, you can get a whole meal with other McD options. Buuut I thought it was well worth it. The cashier mentioned that extra guacamole is about $ 1 more. Definitely going to come back and try adding it to other burgers or fries! Ohh the possibilities~

Compared to other reviewers, I haven’t had any issues with missing food from the drive thru. The only issue i have with this location is the positioning of the drive thru entrance. It’s right smack dab in the middle of the parking lot which causes several problems: –Cars can line up from both sides, which blocks patrons from parking and leaving from the lot. –Cars lining up from Beverly will slow down/block traffic on Beverly. –Cars lining up from 21st street never give the cars coming from Beverly a chance to enter the drive thru lanes. Since the traffic from 21st street enter the drive thru with a right turn, they never yield to those trying to make a left into the lanes. This causes huge traffic jams as well as frustrated patrons with road rage. A suggestion to McDonald’s: Put up cones so that you can only make a right turn into the drive thru lanes.

This McDonald sucks so bad. The only reason I come here, is because my kids like McDonalds and it’s the closest one to my home. Everytime I come here, never fails, they always get my order wrong. Several times I’ve ordered coffee, and it’s cold instead of the hot one which I order. Now I have to check my order every single time, and when I tell them that I’m missing something in my order, they get upset as if it’s my fault that they haven’t gave me all of the food that I ordered. I’ve complained to a manager in the past but he just gave me a blank stare and this dumb look like didn’t know what to do. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come here, the service is really bad.

Horrible! Got a ten piece chicken mcnugget meal with a coke and medium fries. My nuggets were old and my fries were either old, soggy or tasted really bad! It’s suppose to be a 24 hour drive thru but on an occasion that I needed my sweet tea fix, I stopped by just to be disappointed(yet again) and be told they were closed! wth?! sigh. I just wish that their employees were better trained in food preparation and stuff maybe then I would give them A better review but for now I say this, avoid this place at all costs! Unless you want to be let down.

This McDonald’s is ALWAYS packed! No matter what time of the day you come. What’s worse is that it’s not filled with people who are paying customers to eat there. It’s just filled with people sitting there not doing anything! Pretty much just using the free wifi and taking up the tables!
