Worst experience I’ve ever had inside a cell phone store PERIOD! There is a skinny, short, NOT friendly girl that works there. Unfortunately, she is there all the time, but she was TERRIBLE. This store missed out on an opportunity to sell me a s6 due to her rude attitude. Instead I gave my 700+ dollars to another store.
If you work in sales, don’t EVER tell a potential customer they «have to» do anything. I don’t have to do a damn thing! This girl is trash. I hope the owner see’s this and takes action because this girl should be let go.

Really friendly willing to help me port my number even though it was disconnected not like the other metro in Montebello on Whittier Blvd they just completely denied it because they where being lazy.
