Pete Adriance – State Farm Insurance Agent

Pete Rocks! Super cool Agent! And Sofie and Wendy are the best! I’ve been insured with them for over 15 years now. And even though I like to threaten to switch and get a cheap no name insurance to see if I can save a few bucks they know I never would. Insurance is not something you should be cheap about. State Farm really does have better service than anyone else. When something does go wrong you don’t ever have to be on the phone begging for your insurance to back you up. The come through super fast.

I have had State Farm insurance since I have been driving. I came across Pete Adriance and his lovely ladies and will never look for another agent. The group of 3 is amazing always in high spirits and always looking to get me the best deal! They are always willing to give me helpful information such as there new online services. Keep up the great work and like a good neighbor State Farm is there!

Well, when I first walked in, the blonde horse faced receptionist (her name was either Becky or some other form of Rebecca) asked if I meant to go to the insurance place next door. The insurance place next door was a discount insurance place, totally racist. And doesn’t she think that I would know which insurance I have? After all, I am paying for it. When I got back from getting my bill from my car I walked in on her saying something about me possibly having bad credit? What?! She doesn’t even know me! She instantly stopped talking and gave me that fake customer service b. s…
But the main reason I would not go back is because they, for some strange reason, could not help me pay my bill. Even though they are State Farm and I was trying to pay a State Farm auto insurance bill through them. I have to go through the designated agent on my insurance card. Jesus, State Farm is the worst. I also encountered several problems with their idiotic phone support team (which involved four hang ups) in one day!
