I have been taking my Ford SUV here for a several years now. Actually I have been servicing my vehicle with them even before there new location on Beverly. My vehicle has over 200 thousand and is still running strong. They’re knowledgeable with competitive rates. If you need service you should be bringing your car here. Kumar is great and is very helpful. I would have given 5 stars but they moved a little further from me, I used to be able to walk to their old location.

I have taken our family’s cars to S&S several times and have been very satisfied with the workmanship and service. I have recommended this shop to several people.

For decades, my family brought their cars to Nisei Automotive. Recently, the owners of Nisei retired and a new shop took their place.
Now it’s S&S and I have to say, I am DELIGHTED with the service I have received.
I was unaware of the switch over when I discovered that my car needed a new starter. I had it towed to S&S and was given a reasonable price. This week, my air conditioner konked out… and I hear tell those are super expensive… I called Kumar at S&S and he remembered me from two months before and said they would work on it for me.
I was super stressed that this would be another expensive repair but was delighted to discover a reasonable and manageable price even though Kumar admitted that it was quite a struggle to figure out what was wrong with the a/​c.
Kumar is professional, efficient, honest — and funny as hell!
I will continue to bring my business to S&S and hope that others in the neighborhood give them a try.
