Overpriced! The Food is really good but it always comes out to a lot and they leave the food sitting out for quite a while. Everytime I come I get the same thing, pepporoni pizza and a breadstick. Oh and from other places I usually eat 2 peices of pizza but from here I eat one because the slices are HUGE! So if you are eating on a budget I wouldnt recommend coming here.

Over priced! Got the baked ziti combo. Comes with plain salad, one bread stick and drink… $ 11.00. I was watching them serve the person in front of me. He asked for potatoes and I see them counting how many potatoes he’s putting in the bowl. When they served my ziti, they put one small scoop of sauce. I had to ask for another. The salad was plain. No tomatoes, no cucumbers. The saddest thing I ever seen. I wish I could give them no stars but had to put one in order to write this review.

Any Sbarro I go to i always get the same thing. 2 whole cheese pizzas, spaghetti with the side salad. I guess locations may vary on which plates to have because they didn’t have the Baked Ziti also a favorite. So usual wait time. 15 minutes. I head over to pick them up and mind you that I don’t take the pizza home I eat it there at the mall. No all two entire pizzas but I mean what I ordered for all of us. I get asked if I need anything. ??? Yeah I need plates, I’m not going to eat the pizza over the semi cleaned tables. So he does and I said Yeah a couple of plates. So I think he hear. Yeah we are a couple I need plates. So he only gave me 2 paper plates. I’m confused. He had an entire stack on hand, flicks thru it, and gets just 2. At any Sbarro I’ve been to. Always the staff, courteous. NOTHERE!!! maybe because it’s a Friday but there was no one after could have easily taken their time. Whatever I didn’t like it.

I use to love this place! And usually they are very friendly and I love the workers but not today. One of the workers who was warming up the pizza & rolls was very disrespectful to an elderly woman. She asked if she can have her pizza re-heated because it was cold and he responded«why didnt you pick it up when it was warm?» And the poor lady didn’t respond. I will never eat there again if these are the kind of workers they now have.

I’ve been here a couple of times before but that was when I didn’t take Unilocal serious, I wouldn’t check in or write reviews or anything like that. It just wasn’t of my concern. Well I’ve always love pizza and sbarros is a good pizza place and conveniently located in several shopping centers. At this location, I got a pepperoni slice with a side of pasta and a drink and maybe I was really hungry but that pizza tasted like heaven! I enjoyed it a lot. Service is efficient and professional, I have no complaints or remarks. I will definitely come back again soon since I work in this shopping center and I often forget to bring lunch.

This place is a joke! I ate there today & the food was ehhh. We didn’t finish our food and the 4 workers refused to give me a big box and a bag for my food. This is ridiculous! I spent $ 22 just for 2 people and we didn’t finish half the food and all I was asking for was a big box or container with a lid and a bag and they couldn’t seem to be able to give me that. These people are so cheap!

Communication between the workers is terrible and their customer service is the worst. Ordered their special 2 for $ 20 pizzas by phone and when I got there I was told they were almost ready and charged for the pizzas. After paying I went and had a seat. Ten minutes later I went back up to ask about how much longer and was asked by a different worker«what did you order?». When I told him I called in two pizzas he asked a fellow worker if there were any phone orders or pizzas in the oven to which the other worker stated«no». He then yelled into the back room to which a female voice yelled back«oh yeah the pizzas should be in the oven» Turns out my pizzas were done right as I got there then placed in the display for walk up patrons to order a slice. When they realized their mistake they boxed up the pizzas, which were now barely lukewarm, and handed them to me. I asked the worker to please reheat them and I was told«they are just going to get cold again the minute you walk away from here. There is no point». Furious, I requested to speak with a manager to which there was none available and was told to call the next day. I decided it wasn’t worth my blood pressure rising to call the next day just to get an apology because I wouldn’t go back to get another pizza even if they offered it free. So I just chalked it up to «it is what it is». I guess you can’t expect much from a food court pizza place with mediocre food.

This place is good! Get yourself the combo #1 a pizza, side order,(which is anything except the lasagna and chicken) I recommend the bread sticks and the combo comes with a drink as well, regular or large! :) you’ll be one happy fella!

This place is ok. The pizza was burnt and I also ordered bread sticks. Just remember to ask for the sauce that is included with the bread sticks. They did not automatically give me the sauce, another customer in line gave me the head sup. Not really a fan of no customer service, if I did it over again I would steer clear of this place.

Omg! I love coming to this place to splurge on some pizza. I’m normally the type of person opposed to spending $ 3 – 4 on a single slice of pizza(yeah, I’m cheap so what: P) but this place is WORTH it. For the longest time my mindset was something along the lines of: «How can they justify charging that much for ONE slice?» «Why would I buy ONE slice if for like $ 2 more I could get a whole pizza else where?» «No way can a single slice be tasty enough to merit a $ 3 – 4 price tag.» But doubters and naysayers, I am here to tell you that while all of the above are perfectly logical ways of thinking when trying to conserve your fund but they are FALSE modes of thinking! I have recently come to realize this after a weekend visit to Las Vegas where I paid $ 4 – 5 for a single slice of pizza at some random pizza by the slice place. And man did that slice of pizza suck. It was lukewarm at best, flavorless and the crust was pretty dang crunchy(like you need more water /hurts your throat type of crunchy). It was at that time, I had realized I wish I had spent the same said $ 4 – 5 on a slice of Sbarros. Oh Sbarro’s I will never bad talk your pizza ever again! Oh yeah, for those of you who are wondering, I get the standard pepperoni slice. If you get lucky your receipt will gives you one free slice of pepperoni upon completion of a survey. You’re only suppose to be able to do them once a month. But that doesn’t stop me for filling it for my family members that all live in different cities. BWAHAHAHAHA! I usually avoid getting soda here as its a bit over priced. Sorry sbarro’s but your soda doesn’t taste any better than another vendor. I usually go to another place in food court to buy my soda(its like 80 cents cheaper and I get a large!).

Pretty mediocre food if you’re craving italian. But pretty solid if you just want a quick fix of italian-ish food. Their pizzas are huge, cheap and filling. Beware of their strombolis, they are delicious but usually very greasy! Nothing to be too excited about, but it’s alright food if you’re shopping at the mall and have no other options.

I only eat meatballs from Sbarro. This time I got calzone, penne pasta and also meatballs. My calzone was horrible. I couldn’t eat it. The penne wasn’t good either. I ate the meatballs 2 stars! Sbarro is not yummylicious!

Well this is definitely not your traditional italian pizza place, but at the same time, Sbarro has withstood the test of time Since the opening of the Montebello Town Center back in 1985!!! I don’t know how many stores or places in a mall can make that claim, but Sbarro’s can. As i said, if you’re judging this up against your favorite italian restaurant, then forget about it lol. But for the mall food court, It’s decently priced, it gets you full, and honestly who can go wrong with pizza? I love their meatlovers stuffed pizza slice. It’s a cheap lunch that fills you up and it’s big. Their bottled flavored iced teas are great too. Sbarros is definitely not the best, but if you’re at the mall and just dropped a few benjamins and looking for that filling lunch for not much buck, Sbarros is your place.

great food, worst servers ever. i ordered a combo that came with 2 breadsticks. they gave me 1 marinara sauce for the two breadsticks. when i received the food, the breadsticks were cold! luckily the marinara sauce was warm so it made up for the cold bread. i then went back to request another marinara sauce and they tried to charge me 50 cents. No other Sbarro has charged me for a 2nd sauce. As if you get half a cup of marinara sauce when you order 1 breadstick.

Tasty food BUT shitty cashier. All the employees seem to know what they’re doing, and are pretty friendly. But the cashier I encountered was pathetic. She tried to do everything quickly and efficiently since there was a long line, but in her attempt, failed to do everything properly. Trying to fill a bowl of pasta as quickly as she could ended up in her somehow dropping the pasta back into the tray, therefore, having her try to fill it up as fast as she could again. What irked me the most was that I couldn’t understand what she was saying at all. I’m not sure if it was all the people were were talking loudly around me(for what reason, I’m not sure) or ’cause I couldn’t understand her thick Mexican accent. I ordered a plate of pasta(Baked Ziti) and she put ONE scoop on a PLATE. I told her I wanted it in a large bowl and she said something along the lines of it being more expensive, when it’s really the same amount of pasta given. After the confusion because I couldn’t really understand her, she ended up giving me ONESCOOP of the pasta in a large bowl, and I’m not even sure if she charged me the right price. Normally, I wouldn’t complain about something as trivial as this, but compared to other Sbarro’s, this location is absolute shit(pardon my French). The one at Santa Anita gives usually 3 – 4 scoops of pasta in a large bowl, AND a Garlic bread stick roll with the pasta as a combo. You have no idea how ripped off I felt when I picked at my measly, tiny plate of pasta. I swear, it was gone in 5 bites. Just… don’t come here. Please, I beg of you.

Decent food and combo lunches. Typical mall prices. Meals with a drink will run you over $ 7. Whenever I come to this location for lunch, Ill get the stuffed pepperoni/sausage pizza, salad, and a drink. They do actually give you one free refill which is pretty sweet! Always a bonus for that one. Its cool that they have a viewing area to watch them make the pizzas. So the kids can be distracted for a little bit while you order. After a big lunch like that, my co-worker and I walk the mall and check out the scenery… hehehe
