Shutter Smart

This company does not back their products nor satisfaction guarantee. I had a terrible experience with their authorized dealer 2-​day Blinds. The dealer cursed, yelled at my and performed a terrible job installing the vinyl (PLASTIC) shutters.
When I called shutter smart initially i spoke to Viken the CEO and he promised he «would help me and take care of me» due to my situation with the dealer. When i finally spoke to his sales Director John he was just dismissive and told me he could not help me. The shutters came defective and were breaking during the installation. Please beware and stay away from this company they do not honor their online promise. My shutters were not installed right, sized right nor made right. I have sent them pictures and when reported to the BBB John said he never got any pictures which where indeed provided to him weeks eariler. Steer clear from this company.

Horrible quality and customer service. Shutter Smart does not stand behind their product nor do they stand behind satisfaction guarantee. I purchased Shutter Smart shutters from ZBlinds in Fresno, CA. These shutters came with a «lifetime warranty». The plastic shutters I purchased were guaranteed not to discolor. One shutter discolored within a year and was replaced. I’ve had them for 4 year and three more have discolored. Z-​Blinds charged me $ 287 to replace them. I called Shutter Smart and their customer service rep Gina refused to talk to me. She said they would only talk to Z-​Blinds. When I asked if this is a typical problem with their product she again refused to answer any questions.
Save your money and time. Do not purchase Shutter Smart shutters. It is a nightmare.
