My wife and I came in to the store to purchase a lighter and money clip and were greeted by Gilbert. Great attitude and customer service. Very helpful when it came to the engraving since it was for a special 80^th birthday. Store was very presentable.

I went to this store first time buying anything from this store. Came in with my girlfriend to buy a wedding gift for a friend of ours, We bought a wedding bundle of his and hers flute, and the cake cutting set. We went in to pick it up yesterday and when they showed my girlfriend and I how they looked it looked ok it looked as if they were sort of in a hurry to finish. The flutes were dirty they didn’t even bother cleaning them at all they just in graved the stuff we wanted and just threw it back in the box. The girl that helped us when we first went in failed to explain what the bundle came with it. We asked one of the other girls that was there when we picked up our stuff she looked like she got upset just because we asked her when couldn’t they have explained to us what the bundle brought with it. They greet in a nice way when you come in but It would be nice to see them treat whatever you get in graved treated the same at least clean the items before packaging them back up nobody wants to see what they are paying money for dirty. If I could get my money back for this terrible service I would I just know that I’m never shipping in this location again.

Really cute stuff in this store. Just bought my mom a gift from here and loved how it came out. This is a good store to shop at for meaningful gifts. I do have one major complaint though and that’s why I gave it one star, the attitudes of the employes. I think customer service is EVERYTHING! If you don’t know how to have customer service don’t work somewhere that you deal with people. There were 2 rude employees here at this location and I think they are very unprofessional. One was snobby and was giving us dirty looks from the moment we walked in making us feel uncomfortable there, and later after the purchase she was giving us attitudes when I noticed that I was over charged, instead of explaining it to us she was rude and the other one was being rude and had an attitude as we’ll cause they had to give me money back.

Good service. My personalized gift came out exactly as I wanted. The fonts and placement of the text was exactly as they appeared online. They had my item ready in store for pickup quickly.

Terrible customer service, I’ve spent about $ 300 dollars in there store my items wasn’t ready by the time they said. Also I was credited $ 40 from points that was added up from money Ive spent. I went in there store to place in order for an item that was $ 45 dollars used my credit told the manager I left my wallet can you go ahead and have it ready and ill pay the $ 5 when i get back she refused To place the order she said it has to be paid and full, I said I’ve spent over $ 300 and I’ve sent people here from my company, the woman had in attitude and said that was nice of you do you want it or not.

Loved there service, the items they sell are beautiful. I just got my sister a graduation picture frame and got it personalized… she is gonna love it. I got a graduation frame from my best friend years ago and it’s in good condition.

I purchased a keychain for my husbands birthday. We went over the engraving and the keychain was still engraved wrong. When I reviewed it and told the staff, she gave an attitude

Yes, I am well aware that Things to Remembered can be expensive, but I think everyone is already well aware of that. This location is a bit smaller than others, but they have great customer service.
I recently came here to get a wedding present for my friend, and because i was working and got off late the week I was suppose to pick it up, my sister offered to pick it up for me since she works at the mall anyways to save me a trip. She brings the wedding flutes home and I didn’t get a chance to look at them until a week later.
To my surprise when I looked at the engraving, on one of the glasses the engraving was not clean and look like they messed up but tried to go over it, so I called in to the store and explained what happened. The worker who helped me was very nice and told me to bring it in, when I arrived he examined the cup with me and joke and laugh about how his coworker missed that and said he’ll have it ready for me to pick up by tomorrow. The next morning as I am getting ready to go to work, I receive a call saying that my order has been completed. When I go to pick them up he examines them with me one more time and he was so nice and apologized to me again.
The workers were so nice and didn’t complained once about me bringing it back in, but since I paid nearly almost a little over $ 100 bucks, I wanted them to be right and perfect. I usually get my items at this location because their customer service alone is awesome, but the store doesn’t always have the charms I’m looking for so if that is what you are coming in for, make sure to double check with the store before making a trip here for nothing.

Expensive, but that’s nothing new.
You can bring things in to have engraved there, as long as it’s possible to engrave.

I’m gonna give these guys a good review. Reason? Well, I was running late to a birthday dinner party and I dialed in and spoke to one of the employees on hand, and told him that I was running late, and asked him how long it would take to go there to engrave something. They told me about 30 minutes or so. But I didn’t have 30 minutes to wait since I was running late. So I asked the cashier working at the time if there was any chance they’d be able to pick out a shot glass and prepare the engraving for me, so that I can just swing by and pick up my personalized gift for my friend. And they were happy to help me out and do it for me, so that my night would go as planned. For that, I give them the much reserved, only to the deserved…5-stars.

Things Remembered is awesome for when you need to give a nice gift, but aren’t close enough to the person to want to splurge a lot, or aren’t sure what they might like.
People like personalized stuff because it makes them feel .well…special. Nothing beats the obvious labors of someone else when it comes to gift giving.
In fact, a friend got me a personalized flask and zippo once, years ago, and I still remember that gift to this very day.
