Larry did mine and my sister’s senior portraits and I always dreamed to have him as my wedding photographer! He was the first vendor I booked when I got engaged! I love his photography and I love his team! We got married in September at my fiancé’s uncle’s ranch, and Larry captured our Romantic Country Wedding. The pictures turned out even better than I imagined. I am positive I will be using his serves in the future for when I have a family. His team is very responsive and professional, but are still able to make you feel at home. I would HIGHLY recommend using him for your wedding and other life events. Now I have AMAZING pictures that I can look at and share with my friends and family to relive our special day. Thank you so much to the team at Creative Images. You all truly made my day special!

Larry photographed our wedding and reception in April, 2014 in Monterey. We LOVED him! The worse thing I can say is it’s going to be impossible to pick out the pictures for our photo album because we love them all! The way he uses color and different angles is so unique. On the day of our wedding, Larry showed up early just to walk around the hotel and look for some great photo ops(we saw him with his assistant walking through the courtyard from the sliding glass door in our room!) I was so impressed that he came so early to scout out the place! He’s so great at, not just taking pictures, but at capturing moments. I truly re-live our wedding day as I go through all of the beautiful pictures that he took. Thank you for the memories Larry! J & J 4÷26÷2014

Larry is hands down the best photographer on the Monterey Peninsula. He has photographed my family and extended family for a very long time. Baby pictures, family shoots, anniversaries, holidays, weddings, special occasions, you name it. His skill is obvious. But his interest, his concern, his true commitment to help make the perfect memories sets him apart. He is the only Professional photographer I would recommend. And every time I see one of his photographs I smile.

Creative Images and Larry Nordwick have stood alone at the top of the field for over 30 years. He is our family photographer, having photographed milestones of my children growing up, their high school senior portraits, family portraits and weddings. Larry and his staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. Larry always exceeds our expectations with the beautiful results of his talent and passion for his craft. There is simply no other choice. Thank you!

Larry has photographed our family for over 25 year. He shot our engagment picture, our wedding, a three generation picture of my mother, my daughter and myself. Most recently he shot our son’s senior portraits. In my opinion he is the best photographer on the pennisula. I hope that when my children get married he will still be photographing weddings. We will determine the wedding date based on Larry’s availability.

Well, I hate to review a photographer when I haven’t had the pleasure of contracting him. But I was appalled and disgusted by the professionalism and lack of responsibility from his Assistant/Business coordinator. We called and had her pencil us in for our wedding date. She said that we were the first ones to inquire about that date but should someone else also inquire about the date, we would need to commit to putting down a deposit or risk loosing the reservation.(Totally normal and reasonable.) She called and said there were a few others that mentioned some interest but no one was ready to put down a deposit. We made it clear we were 99% sure we want to book him but was waiting to chat with him briefly on the phone. She said he takes Mondays/Tuesdays off and wouldn’t be able to chat. In my mind, I had just one thing I wanted to ask him(really just wanted to get a good vibe from him so I can put the deposit down with a settled mind). Again, she assured us that if someone came in with the deposit, she would come to us first and we can choose to forgo it or put a deposit down ourselves. Well, she basically lied to us. She strung us along and then bold faced lied. She cowardly sent an email saying sorry but she booked our date with someone and they put a deposit down and basically we’re SOL. Leaving us scrambling for a new photographer and going back on her word and everything she said. We picked up the phone immediately and said«hey wait, we’ll put the deposit down if that’s what you need?» and her response was sorry but it’s a friend. Done. If you are a bride and are dependent on people to build all the pieces in your wedding, my advice is to not just look at the flowers, the photos, the cake, but pay attention to the business practices, the ethics, and the reliability on the people behind the cake, flowers, photos, etc. otherwise, it won’t matter how great the flowers are, if they don’t show up or decide to go back on their word. What an awful feeling Larry has made for all of us… I will be sure to let everyone know of this experience. Such a let down. :-(

Larry Nordwick was a fantastic photographer for a wedding I recently went to. He was positive and got a lot of great shots! My niece had her senior portrait taken by him several years ago and I always loved how beautiful the photographs came out. I had no idea he was a wedding photographer, but it seems like he is really a strong photographer in any niche.
