Dent Perfection by the Perfect Touch

I can’t rate Tip and The Perfect Touch highly enough.
After taking my car to two of Monterey’s most highly rated body shops and being told by both places that my bumper needed to be replaced I called Tip. He fixed my bumper to perfection at 11% of the price and did so in an hour at my place of work!
Great guy, great company, great work!

I’d give more stars if I could! Tip fixed a dent and scratch on my car perfectly. Then I asked if he could take a look at my husband’s car which had corrosion stains from parking under the subway when we lived in Chicago. Amazingly, he buffed all the stains out. Good as new. It was very easy to arrange an appointment. A million thanks to Tip! Excellent and professional work.

Tip does a great job. He repaired scratches on bumper and a door ding. Color matches perfectly. I’ll definitely use Tip again.

The Perfect Touch is PERFECT! Thanks to Tip my car is looking fabulous! His prices are beyond fair, and the precision of his work is excellent. I actually went to Dent Pro, and was told the dents in my door would have to be dealt with at a body shop. Not so… Tip removed all three and you would never know they existed. I had three different people randomly give me Tips card, saying he is the absolute best when it comes to this work… I agree! Thanks to Tip and Debbie for outstanding service.

A heavy driveway gate slammed shut on the passenger side of my BMW X3 leaving 2 moderate dents and many scuff marks. I knew this was going to be a major auto-​body repair, but my husband convinced me to call The Perfect Touch. Tip expeditiously came to my house and said he could fix in an hour or two. I was very skeptical, but after an hour or so, I went outside and was stunned! This guy is a magician!!! Absolutely flawless job! It looked brand new. And, for a super reasonable price!!! I am forever grateful!

Tip Weise owns and operates Perfect Touch. He has been in business for 20 years and does a great job. I had a major dent in my back bumper. He came by my place and was able to repair it with a special heat lamp. The bump just disappeared as he was able to push it out… and I had a few scratches on my back bumper and he was able to paint over them using the special black pearl paint of my car. Amazing. –they just disappeared. Best of all he is a nice guy and his prices are fair. I ended up giving him a tip.

For $ 200 they fixed two dents and a bunch of little scratches. Looks 95% like new. Would have cost a ton more to paint the whole quarter panel at a body shop. He only took about an hour at my house to do the woke. I would recommend them to anyone who needs minor dent repair/​paint chip repair.

What amazingly wonderful work! Tip came to my home, gave a very reasonable estimate, got my OK, went to work and finished up very quickly. I could not believe my dent was removed and not at all visible, in such short order. The cost was drastically less than it would have been at a body shop, probably about one third. It was also a pleasure to deal with Debby on the phone and Tip at my car. I only regret that I did not have more dents to fix!

Tip came out to my house, took a look at the dent in my car, gave me a price quote, and then went to work. 90 minutes later, my car looked as if the dent had never been there! Fantastic work!

The Perfect Touch is AMAZING! Tip really came through in a crisis for me. Someone swiped my rental car leaving a nasty scratch on the bumper (and didn’t leave a note! some people just suck).
Tip came to my house and evaluated the damage then came back a couple days later and fixed it up completely in under two hours! It was as though the scratch never existed. It was easy and gave me peace of mind. Tip was super professional and the price was fair for the job done.

Wow, I am impressed with this place. I had a small ding on my 2013 Dodge Dart and made an appointment with Debbie over the phone. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. Tip came out to my work (it’s a mobile service), gave me an estimate and was finished in about 30 minutes. It looks like the ding had never happened in the first place! He informed me how he was going to fix it… no problems or issues at all.
He accepts cash, checks and credit cards. They also do dent repair, windshields, bumpers, key scratches and rock chip repairs. Tip and Debbie were very friendly to deal with. I would highly recommend this business.

The perfect touch pretty much embodies all the things you want out of any automotive experience. The owners are a husband and wife team that work really well together to make sure you’re taken care of. Tip came out to take a look at my car earlier in the week to give me an estimate on the work. He said it would be a tough job but told me the cost up front and that I could expect about an 80% improvement on the damage that existed. He also said that if he couldn’t fix it, he wouldn’t charge me a thing. Next week he came back for our scheduled appointment and worked extra hard to get all the dents out of my door and restored it to nearly brand new quality. On top of that, he went the extra mile to buff the door and touch up the paint with some paint he had from a previous job, all at no additional cost. We talked the entire time he was working and he’s a very personable and professional guy. I felt really good handing over my money after the job was done, something you can’t often say when you have to get work done on your car. As he was packing up I remembered that my friends car had some major paint swatches on it from a minor accident and asked Tip how much a repair job like that would cost. He grabbed a rag and some solution from his truck and within a minute the paint was gone and the doors looked nearly good as new. He did for free what another body shop said would cost at least $ 1500 to do! Incredible service and a great value. If you need dents removed, these guys are the way to go!

The best possible dent removal service! The dents in my classic Mercedes disappeared like the never existed and, In addition, both front and rear bumpers were restored to new condition, my bad for a 21 year old car. Also, Tim is a really nice, honest guy who comes to your home or business and does a wonderful, professional job. As good as it gets.
