For great oysters, clams and ceviche, this stall at the MPC Farmer’s Market hits the mark. Great product, purveyor pride and value. I’m not usually a seafood street vendor fan, but this guy really has a gift. Go often, Salute!

wooo hooo kumamotos myagis and the big ones too… where i meet my hunny every thursday. Rudy is the man and he makes some bomb ceviche tostada fish and shrimp ½ and ½. Rudy with his twinkling eyes serves it up fresh with many home made sauces and lemons to top off.

Stop by Rudy’s booth at the MPC Farmer’s Market — you can’t miss him, he is dark, tan and handsome. His electrifying blue eyes will make anyone(either sex) do a doubletake. He wore a baby blueHe is super nice too. Today he served us up some medium-sized juicy oysters today… I usually prefer the small ones but he was sold out by the time I got there…(get here early) and he was out of the seafood tostadas(no surprise there, they go super quick) but the 3 that I had were so fresh and delicious. They were actually sweet(in a good way) and well balanced with a little taste of the ocean… Topped mine with Horseradish, Cocktail sauce and a hit or 3 of Tabasco(red) and they had my juices flowing that is for sure. My mother managed to finish 6(2 plates) before I had my first one. I savored each one and wanted more! My Mom wanted to pick some up for my sister and after chatting with Rudy he realized that she had stopped by and devoured nearly 20 and some ceviche. What a small world… no Monterey… is a very small town. Thanks Rudy! I get excited just thinking about you and your oysters.
