Worst subway branch!!! Very poor customer service and disrespect employees. Crews on January 8, 2016 pm shift need to train good moral character and proper customer service training. Attention to the franchisee, you will lost your business if you continue them working in your subway, they are big shame of your company. Aside from that, one of the employee bring her daughter during work and instead of focusing to their job, she easily gets irritated because her attention is with her kid. Shame on you!!!

I was charged sales tax when I ordered 2 cold(not toasted) foot long black forest ham sandwiches to go this week. I told the cashier all the other subways I visited this year never charged me sales tax on this exact order. I have been to at least 20 – 30 different subways and I always order the same thing… always cold… always to go. The owner John told me this Subway location falls under the 80⁄80 rule…(google it). However, since I don’t have access to John’s record keeping books, I cannot prove that he qualifies for the 80⁄80 rule exemption. According to the State Board of Equalization, the 80⁄80 rule does not require documentation,(it is done on the honor system) nothing stops this from happening unless an audit from the State Board of Equalization takes place. I refuse to pay sales tax at this location when I can get the same thing at all other subways I visit without paying sales tax. The 80⁄80 rule protects the owner in case his employees«screw up» at the cash register. Why should I have to pay sales tax just because maybe John’s employees might forget to charge sales tax(then he has to come out of pocket later) when they should and charge it when they should not? Even if I give it the benefit of the doubt how is it possible that his other 9 locations qualify under the 80⁄80 rule also? Maybe the owner John can tell us about many other Subway restaurants(besides his) that charge sales tax on cold black forest ham sandwiches made to go and then I will change my review from 1 star to 5 since everything else about his Subway was fantastic.

good alternative to burgers and fries … what impressed me were the quality and freshness of the vegetable ingredients — nothing wilted, but crisp. and of course, the sandwich i ordered was good and i was satiated.

Was craving a simple turkey sub but when I walked in I remembered they make BLTs so I got that instead. I like to keep my BLTs super simple so I can enjoy the flavor of the bacon. Saying that, last minute I did ask for some cucumbers and the man running the clean joint placed some perfectly sliced cucumbers on my Italian footlong bun. Their bacon is not your typical, a little too salty and it is never crispy but for the price and convenience not bad. The gentleman working tonight was very welcoming and helpful. They are open until 10pm(on the later side for the 831 a heads up for those of you who are not local) and although the Franklin Street location is closer to where I spend most of my time, I will opt and go to this newer location next time it’s past 9pm when I’m craving a sub. Parking is better and service is lovely.
