We have one of their awnings in our back yard and are very pleased with it. We have had it about 5 years and after about 4 we called and had them come out and put a new canvas on it. Both times we were happy with the service and they fit us in to their schedule the best they could. I would recommend this company. I understand some reviewers saying they are not real fast but it’s not an artificial heart manufacturer.

Very satisfied. They built a pergola and enclosed a top balcony with screen. Beautiful work very functional! The owners were very easy to work with and we had no problems at all with the construction. I would highly recommend them!

I hear Lonnie K. I waited and waited and finally phoned them and it was like, «can we install next week? «as if my order was just sitting there. They arrived on time and installed some of my automated window sunscreen and then found they did not have the right «zipper» size parts (this is the tracks that the screen run up and down on». So it was another 3 weeks to have this completed. In the end the electrical cable that was to be fastened to the wall was left hanging, I will have to attach it myself. Also they were messy with caulking and the screen is not properly centered on the window (it is off a few inches, hard to see unless you really look, but this reflects lack of pride in their work).

WOW I am a perfectionist and my fixed patio awning plus a privacy shade was installed today, and PERFECTLY done. Turned out even better than I expected. The installers were on time and did a superb installation. The fabric is top notch and heavy along with a very sturdy frame they did in bronze. If you need an awning done right the first time this is the place. Takes a few weeks to make up but worth the wait and their prices are very fair. Well done guys!

I’ve used them before with a favorable experience, but this time, not so much. I ordered two awnings for my house, paid my 50% deposit. And waited. and waited. Finally, I called. Oh, it will be several more weeks, we have a big client and can’t get to you. Ok, then cancel my order and refund my deposit. Oh, we can’t refund your $$.
